We had a room between us and my daughter and her family. The room in between had several teenagers in it. Not sure if they were being supervised by the conversations that were going on and the language. were not nice from 2:00 AM- 4:30 AM. My daughter's room had the adjoining door to that room. She had a 3 year old with her that had to listen to this […] and was kept awake. She called the front desk@ 2:30 AM to complain and nothing was done. At 4:00 AM her and I walked down to the front desk. The attendant there said there was nothing he could do. Although he did offer for us to move to one room We are paying for 2...We did not want to move. We suggested that he move them......he said no. We complained the next morning when checking out and they said because we did not book through them there was nothing they could do for us , but they were sorry we had that experience.! They were also surprised that the night person did not do anything to make our stay better. Other than that the hotel was conveniently located and was really nice inside. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had King size. Pool was a nice size and very clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Devamı

Front desk person at night - not overly friendly, repeatedly had to fix key Room cleanliness - a little grimy, bathroom floor sticky Breakfast - waffle lady was awesome - did not have to fight for use of waffle maker.

Close enough to Mohegan Sun where I needed to be. Pretty good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was adequate and clean enough to fell comfortable. Would recommend for a quick stay.

We wanted to find a reasonable hotel to stay in for New Years Eve since we decided to go to Mohigan Sun for the night. It was great your hotel!-It as about 20 miles away and for us that meant after we had your complimentry breakfast that we were 25 miles closer to going home to long island. I would recommend and stay there again

TV remote didn't work. Table lamp was not plugged in. Generally an unclean environment. Called for a wake up call at 8am, got one at 7am. Cafeteria was very cold. Place was the pits, now know why we like to stay at Hampton Inns.

I nearly didn't stay at this hotel because of the handful of negative reviews below. Nothing I saw while there last weekend match what they describe. The staff was friendly, not miserable. The room was modern and spotless. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Upon arrival...fresh blood all around toilet bowl... request clean-up....did not happen....given new room...must transfer everything...I wiped up dirt around bathroom...dirty floss & threaders were left on floor each day...we do not use threaders. The door key seldom worked for entry into the building or room...exchanged them 3 or 4 times.. The internet […] , in the lobby , was "not in service " the whole week...Supplies for breakfast ..like yogurt were often gone by 8 or 8:30... Devamı

the room was clean i have to say that. but my key would not let me enter the building or my room it happened three days in a row. they kept changing my key but it kept happening. the building is old and the keys need to be updated. the cleaning ladies would replace our cups in the rooms if they remembered. really just changed towels and straightened […] needed to be vaccumed. The daily breakfast was a definite highlight. There was a great selection, make your own waffles, breakfast sanwiches, yogurt, fruit, etc. Excellent! I only wish that I could say the same for the rooms. The comfort of the mattresses left much to be desired, but our overall disappointment was the moisture in the room which caused the ceiling paint to […] peel away, the bathroom floors appeared warped and there were black spots (which we suspected to be mold) on the wallpaper under the window. The bathrooms were clean, but obviously well used as there were marks and stains on some of the surfaces. The pool was in excellent condition and a nice bonus. The staff were polite. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay but if you are looking for a hotel for a week-long vacation you may want to consider some other options. Devamı

The staff was very efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable.

I just needed a convenient place to stay for a brief visit to the area. I liked the location, it is near the highway but off the main road so it was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and gracious offering a quick virtual tour (via a map) and describing amenities such as the pool and free breakfast. The room was spacious, with a king bed (plus fold […] out sofa), fridge, microwave, cofee pot, iron and hair drier. It had everything I needed and then some. The only downfall to amenities was the small and lackluster selection of tv channels. The room fell short on cleanliness in a few minor areas. The sheets appeared to have some old stains on them. It wasn't bad enough to make me request new ones but obvious enough that I noticed. The tub also had some old stains and had a few cracks. Two of the four bath towels on the rack had hair folded into them. Other than that everything was fine. The room and the hotel fit my needs perfectly. Devamı

NICE PLACE TO RELAX.THE ATTENDANTS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.THE ROOM NEEDED A LITTLE MORE CLEANING,BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED THE STAY.THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME STAING AT THIS HOTE L AND IT WONT BE THE LAST.WE HAD ALOT OF FUN.WE ENJOYED THE POOL TABLE AND THE BAR PERSON WAS REALLY FRIENDLY ALSO.....GOOD JOB.WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN..........OOPS […] I FORGOT TO MENTION THE SWIMMING POOL NICE WARM WATER AND CLEAN........... the IInn was a delight a one day stay pool for kids a new toothbrush and wonderful attention to the waffles made in the morning The waffle women in the breakfast room was also a great help in planing our visit in the area thanks

Found the staff to be extremely friendly, room was very comfortable. It was conveniently located to the highway and all the attractions we were there for. My only complaint was that the tube did not drain when we showered, but we were checking out and it didn't matter all that much to us. But overall, we had a great stay here and would definately stay […] there again. Devamı

I was not expecting The Ritz, but this place had a filthy bathroom with tiny ants crawling all over it. The sheets had holes. I did not sleep all night. When I reported this to the management, they did not even apologize--just took notes. Do not stay here!

stayed at this hotel because the indoor pool, it was ok!! but it can have a little of bit renovation, it is 15 minutes ride to the casinos

Hotel was basically a roof over our head. Front desk staff were almost on the side of rude. When we checked in - the clerk turned to us and said "What?" Not hello, welcome, etc...just plain "What?". When we asked if we could get an extra towl to wipe down the wet chairs and table in the pool, a different clerk said "Sure, I don't care what you do in […] there". Front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional. The staff at breakfast was excellent though – very pleasant and helpful. Other than the staff, pool was warm and kids fun. The staff on hand the evening we arrived helped us find a place to get gas, a wal-mart to get supplies and the directions to get to the wedding we were going to. My son said he was better than a GPS. We appreciate all the help and guidance they gave us. It was a nice and uneventful stay.

There is really nothing about this comfort inn that would make me either want to stay again or not stay again. Adequate would be the best description.

The unfriendly staff did not greet us upon registration. They put us in a room that was not even prepared/cleaned even though it was past check-in time. We received a different room with a dangerously faulty hair dryer which we left unplugged for our safety. The check-out was rushed even though we were the only customers checking out at the time. The hotel was clean, the swimming pool was very pretty and the surroundings were lovely, Surprisingly the mattres was hard but soft, I have back problems and it was very comfortable. Though we arrived late for the breakfast the lading cleaning it opened it up for us and we were able to have some breakfast before we left (she was very nice). We found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was courteous and efficient. Location was perfect for our gathering. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Worth the money we spent.
