Hotel PURE Seasons Inn - Fort Smith

Hotel was nice. Good swimming pool. The outside and inside both need some updating but overall not a bad place for the price

I have stayed here before and the room wasn't as nasty as it was this time. The bathroom was so dirty. The wall looked like it had dried blood on it and the side of the bed was broken. The pool was very nice though.

For one I came on the wrong night. There was a party in the lobby. I was so tired after a 12 hour drive I just wanted to sleep. The room was just as bad. It was so run down. The tv had 5 channels and was straight blue. The bed was old and stinky. I did not even remove my shoes when I went to sleep. I was woken up many times through the night from the […] thin walls and the people next door throwing up to the drunk people up and down the stairs. Needless to say even if there was not a party I would still never return cause of the room alone. Oh and no wifi that was a joke too. Nothing advertised is what you get. We enjoyed a quiet comfortable stay here ! The staff was very helpful with any of our needs . The Inn does need some updating.

If you plan on staying in your room for awhile more than two hours during the day probably not the best hotel for you. The cable on my tv wouldn't work, and there was a hole in the wall where the cable should have gone. The bathroom was dirty, and looked as if no bleach was used. I went to make an exam in the Downtown and only spent one night there, the price is little bit less than fair but in my case the location was perfect...

I stayed at this hotel many years ago and it appears to have changed owners since then. The hotel was run down and in need of repairs. For example, the blinds in the room were not sufficient to insure that persons outside the hotel could not see in. Deadbolt locks had been removed and replaced with slide bolt locks that might be satisfactory for an […] interior bathroom but not for security to outside doors. It did seem that hotel staff may have been working on some interior work but the rooms were clearly in need of immediate renovation and/or repair. Devamı

If you are hungry for mini donuts like you would find on a convenience store shelf, you will love this buffet. That is ALL there was. No fruit. No waffles. No muffins.

This hotel rocks!

Although some of the staff attempted to accommodate my needs, the wife of the owner was mean when I asked for more towels for swimming and hot tub use. My first room was not clean with cigarette holes in the sheets and bed spread. Floor was dirty in corners and under tables. At reservation, I requested a room with fridge and microwave but did not receive […] it until I changed rooms. Pool and hut tub area not kept clean with beer cans and paper wrappers all around. I cleaned the area myself. The hot breakfast is non exisitent and the food area not kept clean. When I was moved to another room after complaining no room cost adjustment was offerred and the towels were hard and very rough. This hotel needs better more caring management. Devamı

This place was awful. Didn't even want to take a shower there. Insisted we pay again, even though paid via Hotels.com. Forget it.

We have stayed at this location before and not really had any problems, the rooms were always a little dark and the beds were never that great but for the indoor pool and hot tub it was worth the rate. On this occasion thankfully we booked with Hotels.com. As we checked into the Hotel we noticed a sign on the door that stated the pool was closed do […] to repairs.That was the main reason we booked here. Then they couldn't find our reservation, only had us reserved for 1 night and said we hadn't paid yet. We advised her we had booked with Hotels.com and the room was prepaid. She said she would have to check with the Mgr and would gt back to us about the charge. Then she told us the entire hotel was non-smoking but it would be ok if we prop open the door and smoke! Are u serious? As we approached our room we had to walk around the barricade of garbage cans and caution tape. We entered the room and the smell was unbearable, the pillows on the bed were so flat we thought there were no pillows on the bed at all. There was a green couch that was covered in dark colored stains, The carpet was stained throughout. We immediately left the room and drove to the front, called Hotels.com and advised of the situation. The hotel stated they were unsure if they would be able to cancel our reservations. w/o a fee because we went into the room!! So after several telephone calls from Hotels.com the hotel manager cleared us out of the system so he stated and we were able to change hotels w/o the fee.They had their small child running all around the lobby and hotel area and the manager was sitting in the lobby watching football. We changed our reservations with the Hotels.com associate over the telephone and it was so easy and she was very helpful. Hotel was nice. Nice pool and hot tub. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and in good shape. Even had a refrigerator and microwave in our room. I like how you can get to your room from outside or inside the hotel. Nice showers but the beds were a little hard. Overall a very nice hotel for the price.
