Room allocation took 3 hours

expensive but you get what you pay for. Not generous for upgrades though the classic rooms are nice

Great remodeling effort - the place has really moved into the 21st Century in terms of decor. Still some teething problems on WiFi which would be great to address as inconvenient being disconnected on a random basis.

if i were to have a business trip and company paid expenses, this would be a good place to stay. cost was about a thousand US dollars per night including taxes. for family or leisure travel, not. very formal, suits everywhere, a bit stuffy. felt underdressed as a holiday traveler. there was no easy access coffee to pour and take to room. had to be waited […] on and had to pay 6 pounds + service fees and tax for a cup of coffee. room would not cool down at night. location was good to hyde park, but not to theatre and shopping distrcts. Intercontinental Park Lane is a fabulous hotel in London perfect for a romantic getaway. Close to Hyde Park corner station. Breakfast is extensive. Attentive staff with evening turndown service. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Close to everything...great location great service

Weekend break for shopping etc. The staff were polite, friendly and very efficient. Rooms and facilities were perfect and in good order. Hotel felt modern and in no way tired. Location is okay, although there are other options closer to Oxford Street and Regent Street. If I went again I might look at Le Meridian on Piccadilly as it's close to Regent […] Street and Leicester Square. Only criticism is that the food (breakfast and room service) felt a little overpriced. Good quality and maybe what you would expect for central London, but I felt it was over the top. Devamı

a fantastic five-star hotel, as expected. friendly and attentive service. great location.

Hotel de alto padrão, porém com custo elevado em vista dos benefícios oferecidos. Por preços menores você consegue hotéis com a mesma qualidade. Café da manha e internet pagos a parte com custo elevado também... Não tive nenhum problema em minha hospedagem, porém não recomendaria para um amigo!

Bon Hotel, bon personnel, propre, bonne situation, on aurait voulu une chambre plus spacieuse ( 2 adultes+1 enfant), nous aurions voulu une chambre avec vue sur Hyde Park. Dans l'ensemble : excellent

Emplacement idéal, beau lobby

服務人員態度良好,房間乾淨舒適尤其枕頭好軟好舒服真想帶回台灣房價貴了些否則真想多住幾晚而且位置非常好靠近海德公園可惜美中不足想用房間煮開水泡唐寧茶用電壺煮開水卻發現上面浮著一層油光當天因為玩的太累因此未向服務人員反應否則我相信她們也會有令人滿意的回應˙

Very bad value for money rat, perfect position, good for business meetings, perfect restaurant (Theo Randall) and coffee area, great breakfast, rooms are VERY small (booked a superior double), bathroom is REDICULOUSLY small and uncomfortable, decoration is totally 80s and the only thing modern in the room is the BOSE soundsystem with iPod/iPhone dock […] and the B&O TV system. Internet is charge at 5.00GBP per hour (!!!) and is VERY slow. Would only recommend it for business trips with a lot of meetings that leave only sleeping time in the room. Devamı

Fantástico. O pessoal muito gentil, muito dispostos em te ajudar em TUDO! Sempre muito educados e prestativos. Só achei ruim o cafe da manhã não estar incluido numa diária desse valor ou não te oferecerem um desconto razoável já que vc era hospede. Outro ponto muito positivo é que o hotel fica loxalizado ao lado de um dos parques mais lindos que já […] vi, o Hyde Park e muiiiito perto de uma das estações da linha de metro Picadilly. É muito fácil se locomover de lá para outros lugares. Mas o atendimento é ponto forte desse hotel. Como eles são gentis e procuram te ajudar com tudo que for preciso. Ele está muito proximo também do Green Park e do Palacio de Bunckinham. Muito bem localizado. Andando um pouquinho vc encontra tudo à sua volta. Recomendo muitíssimo Devamı

旅行で2泊しました。フロントやレストラン等の内装は綺麗でしたが、価格が高いので当然？のように思います。不満なのが、ハイドパークの側という立地もあり部屋から公園の眺めが楽しめるかと期待していましたが、内向きの窓で全く公園が見えなかったこと。本当にがっかりしました。また、部屋の水道水は塩素のにおいがとてもきつく、小学校のプールのようでした。仕方がないのかもしれませんが、近くの別のホテルに泊まった時はそうではなかったので、気持ち悪いなと思いました。最後に、チェックアウトの際、ブレックファスト込みで予約していたにもかかわらずブレックファストの料金を請求され、抗議に対して「そういう登録になっている」と言われたのにはショックでした。さらなる抗議を行ったところ、あっさり「払わなくて良い」と言われましたが、 […] 一流ホテルなのにどうなっているんだと思いました（ブレックファストのほか、使ってもいないミニバーのドリンク代まで請求されました。こちらも抗議）。ちなみに立地は、ピカデリーラインの駅が側にありますが、一つの路線だけというのは、若干不便です。少し歩いたところにあるグリーンパーク駅の側のホテルの方が便利だと思います。少し厳しい意見かもしれませんが、期待値が高かっただけに残念というのが総合的な感想です。 Devamı

Andra året som vi väljer att bo på InterContinental, Park Lane! Allt är bra, läget,bekvämligheten,fräschheten och inte minst frukosten som ingår. Vi har haft med ett av våra barn och det har gått hur bra som helst. Vi väljer säkert detta hotell även någon gång i framtiden! Vi har varmt rekommenderat detta för våra vänner! 5 tähden hotelli 2 tähden reception-palvelulla. Superior-luokan huoneet pieniä. Sijainniltaan loistava ja siisti. Muu henkilöstö miellyttävää.

いろいろな質問やあ依頼に対し、的確かつ親切にご対応いただけた。

Vi ble tatt i mot som VIP gjester og behandlet deretter resten av oppholdet! Hotellet var stort og pent, vi hadde et litt større rom med utsikt over parken! Stille på rommet selv om trafikken var rett utenfor. Det var rent og rydding, og alle ansatte var veldig service minded! Vi kommer tilbbake hit neste gang vi er i London, garantert!

El hotel esta muy bien situado y en mi caso con vistas al Hyde park. Las habitaciones muy comodas y con toda clase de detalles. El servicio tambien excelente.

Très bon hôtel très bien situé, tout près de la station de métro de Hyde Park Corner en liaison directe avec Heathrow

hotellet har høy standard og ligger fint til.Her bor nok en del rike personer som forventer slik luksus men for en vanlig mann i gaten er det svært bra.
