Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel - Agoura Hills

I was not satisfied with the service of the hotel. We required calling hotel services four times before receiving simple requests such as extra towels, cups, and pillows. We also requested a taxi from the front desk and were given a number for a local cab company and had to call four additional numbers before reaching someone who could honor our request […] for a local cab. Although this is not the hotels fault, they should not recommend cab company's that are unsatisfactory. Devamı

The hotel is OK. I have stayed there before with decent satisfaction. This time the biggest issue was that there were 3 wedding parties staying at the hotel makin it noisy. Also one of the elevators was broken and wait to go up 3 stairs easily exceeded 20 mins....what a drag. SO, I carried my cases up and donw he 3rd floor. Overall the hotel is just […] "OK" . The hotel was undergoing major renovation which involving heavy drilling, not impressed!! Would have liked to have been told about the renovation in advanced and been given the option to move hotel. The rooms were small and cramped and the hotel was way overpriced. Who doesn't offer free WIFI in room service these days. This was very annoying.

Booked quickly online and the pictures were exactly like what we had. The bed was HUGE! And the blankets were great. Great location, close to the highway but you couldn't hear it. Ordered room service twice, speedy and delicious. Wish the wifi was free but at least it's 24hrs and not just that "day". Didn't get to the pool as it was too cool outside […] but looked nice from what we saw. Great shower with pressure and lots of hot water. If we go wine tasting again in that area we'll stay here again. Devamı

On the weekend the place is empty and affordable. Santa Monica and Malibu for the day and then stayed here.

Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on.

Good hotel, clean,well maintained and good service. Ordered room service and food not good. The price of our room came with breakfast And there was no one to take care of the buffet. I called to Let them know there was no more fruit and coffee Which I thought I didn't have to do that, they should Have had some one there taking care of that. Great stay for the money, pleasent staff and a very nice relaxing location. I would stay here again without question.

My daughter was busy all evening leaving me in the room to watch TV. The service was in and out and very annoying. When I asked about it I was told it just IS. Lovely hotel, but not if you have chosen to stay in the room for the evening.

The staff were phenomenal, getting to the hotel is the trickiest part :) Up a very long windy mountain road

The clerk was rude but eventually placed us in our room. He could hv done it frm the beginning. The hotel did not hv anything to offer and their extra chgs were ridiculous. They had no one there to help us with our bags. The bed was very comfortable.

Our recent stay at the Sheraton in Agoura Hills was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It's a Great location because your in the city, but with out all of the hussle and bussle of LA. I am planning my next visit to LA and Sheraton is at the top of my list. Cheers!

The room included a king size bed that was very comfortable and overall the remove was nicely laid out. Be careful if you are watching your budget not to use the food in the room as it is very expensive. The Internet costs $10. Which I say "give me a break." The downstairs Internet terminal is both inconvenient to locate, but it is off to the side in […] the room with no markings or signs pointing to the computer. Devamı

Not sure why a nice hotel like Sheraton can't provide you with free in room wifi. Any hotel that is a 4 to 5 star hotel should provide this free to their guest.

Great hotel in a nice area. Perfect for staying in the LA /Malibu area. Quick drive to Malibu. Everything was clean, front desk friendly and checked us in quick. No problems with the room. Asked for a late check out and was granted at no extra charge. Would definitely go back!

I was staying here for a local racing event and needed to have a quiet and convenient place to stay. I needed a late check out and was accommodated, which is a testament to management's effort to service their guest.

This hotel room had the best bed in a hotel that I have ever had! Over all the room was very clean. I was very happy with it,

Clean and well appointed hotel conveniently located near the Woodland Hills and Westlake Village areas where I had business. The workout rooms were great - clean and well maintained with headsets available for use on the treadmill. Would stay again.

We were just travelling through california with no real plans. Everyone questioned why we would want to go to Agoura Hills, but to be honest, it was great. We weren't that far from Malibu and Zuma beach, there is an amazing italian restaurant across the road from the hotel and the bedroom is more than clean and comfortable. if you want some alone time, […] this place is great. The location was not near anything of interest you could see or do around the hotel.There was no view.I found it disconcerting to walk through the bar area on the way to the elevator or the pool with my young daughter. Breakfast was expensive and not very good for the price.

This was a very nice Hotel if you have something that requires you in the area. We went to a wedding close by and did not want to drive home for two + hours on a Saturday night. Chose this Hotel over others for it showed a nice Bar in the lobby on the web site. After a long day of driving and attending a wedding and reception, I was very much looking […] forward to a Adult beverage. To my surprise when we went up to the bar they said they were closed for the night. It was only 10PM, on a Saturday night! Not a real party animal but I think they should be able to accommodate their guest a little better, or do not even have a bar in the first place, if you do not want anyone drinking past 10pm on a Saturday. Really enjoyed my room! It was very spacious and comfortable! And it was for a great rate. I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel. The room was comfortable & well appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic beds, AC which cools well. Great showers, nice desk good chair. All in all a good business hotel where I always stay when in the area. A few issues the hotel can hopefully address: - The internetspeed is too slow. In particular if I have to pay $10/day I would like a respectable speed. - The AC makes a bit more noise than comfy and the fan […] cannot be set to a fixed speed: this wakes you up at night - The shampoo has an extreme mint smell. The staff was unfriendly. The room was so tiny you could barely turn around. The price was high. There was NO PARKING. They knocked on our door at 9:00 in the morning. It was not worth the price.

We stayed in this hotel for a visit to Pepperdine University. We brought our 3 and 5 year olds with us. The beach was close enough to go for a short trip in the morning. There are restaurants nearby but the hotel had a great sunday brunch buffet. Beds were comfortable. We even all slept until 9:00 which is unheard of in our family. I am big on soap […] and shampoo.
