The price was great, the amenities were incredible and I will definately go back to the Hyatt many more times!

Incredibly bland exterior, but beautiful, spacious inside. Great lobby, decent room. Friendly staff. Can't get any closer than this to IKEA and Woodfield Mall.

Very close to IKEA, Woodfield Mall, and Streets of Woodfield. Gorgeous, huge lobby and beautiful decor. Comfortable rooms with very nice bathroom (waterfall-style showerhead). Nice everything. Lots of places to chill out in the hotel.called for towels in the pool. They were there handing them out within 4 minutes. Everything clean. Only thing that could have made it better was a continental breakfeast. There were a few different option for breakfeast but they were all $15.

The hotel was great aside from the fact that the beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable mattresses! The room had two double beds and on the sides next to the night stand, the mattresses were very worn down where you get in and out of bed.

This place should be called "subpar holiday inn". I am disappointed the Hyatt would even put their name on this place. It smelled of mildew, no bell boys around to carry bags, the windows look out to the lobby instead of outside, there was a DOG BARKING with a crazy owner screaming at the top of her lungs at it, some children's band with junior high […] kids had taken over the hotel and appeared to have no supervision, the doors auto slam so it's all you hear all day and night, and I sat at the bar (not in the bar but actually at it) next to a 7 year old kid who was playing a handheld videogame. I found the restaurants menu nicely done. The quality of the food and presentation a pleasant suprise. The bar staff were also freindly and attentive.

Clean and Spacious hotel. Stayed only overnight during a business trip but the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only small minus was that like most of the other Hyatt's this hotel did not have a portable weighing scale to weigh my bags before my international flight out of US.

Nicely located next to Woodfield Mall. Friendly efficient check in. Large room with very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was kind of small but had a nice large tiled shower instead of a tub. Furnishings seemed relatively new, although somewhat industrial. Good choice for suburban Chicago hotel.

Room was dusty and musty smelling.

Better than expected. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

The Hyatt Woodfield is a hotel that is in the center of everything you need while being affordable. I have stayed at this hotel several times, first time back since the remodel and they hit a "home run" with the remodel as the rooms are updated and comfortable!! I am in the "customer service" industry and they EXCEEDED all of my customer service requests....needed […] dry cleaning...boom, they were there and took care of my request and had it back to me in time for my reunion. Everything was ok. The hotel has a beautifull lobby and free parking. The interior pool is nice but nothing great. All the surfaces in my room was cover by a light dust, more evident because the tables were dark. The beds, in the double room, are full size, not queen and something caused me an insistent itch in the arms and legs, maybe bed bugs but […] I don't find evident signals of them. I am not an expert in this, any way. Not free internet. Is a great location to shopping in Woodfield Mall and other places. It is a most the historic town at 20 minutes of the hotel, they have beautifull stores in antique houses and a great italian restaurant. They don't open in the night, just the restaurant is open. Convenient and nice -- 20min for room service delivery is impressive. Will stay there again next time I am in Schaumburg.

ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2011, I ASKED FOR A REFRIGERATOR SERVICE DESK SAID OK, SO I WAITED AND WAITED. I CALLED DOWN REGARDING ABOUT FRIG AND THEY SAID THAT NONE WERE AVAILABLE AND THAT IF I WANTED TO I COULD BRING MY STUFF DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND PUT IT IN THEIR FRIG, I SAID I'M SORRY BUT THAT'S A LITTLE BIT INCONVENIENT FOR ME IF I WANTED SOMETHING […] I WOULD HAVE TO COME DOWN EVERY TIME I WANTED SOMETHING, I THOUGHT THAT IDEAL WAS A LITTLE BIT OUTRAGES, PLUS I FOUND OUT THAT THE Y HAD NO FRIG AVAILABLE UNTIL I CALLED DOWN THE FIRST TIME WHEN THEY TOLD ME I COULD PUT FOO IN THEIR FRIG. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD BE CHECKING OUT IF I DIDN'T HAVE A FRIG. ABOUT AN HOUR LATER KENNETH BROUGH ME A FRIG UP HOW SUPRIZING SOMEONE HAD TO WORK FOR A CHANGE TO FIN A REFRIGERATOR. I LEFT A DAY EARLY, I WAS WOKEN UP LATE SATURDAY NIGHT EARLY SUNDAY MORNING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE ROOM ACROSS FROM ME ROOM 5117 CONTAIN A WEDDING. THEY WERE COMING UP FROM THE RECEPTION THAT WAS HELD DOWNSTAIRS IN ONE OF THEIR ROOMS (BANQUET ROOMS) AS THE BRIDE AND GROOM CAME UP EVERYONE STARTED CHEERING AND YELLING, APPARENTLY THEY WOKE ME UP, WHICH I DID NOT CARE FOR. I DID SEE THEM THE NEXT DAY AND I DID SAY SOMETHING TO THEM BUT THEY ACTED DUMB FOUNDED. I DID SAY SOMETHING TO THE FRONT DESK AND I STATED WHY I WAS LEAVING DUE TO THAT FACT OF THE WAKING ME UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THAT WEEKEND THEY HELD FIVE WEDDINGS, 2 ON FRIDAY, 2 ON SATURDAY AND 1 ON SUNDAY. ALSO, I WISH THEY HAD ANOTHER RESTUARANT IN THE HOTEL, THAT FRESH 1800 DID NOT HAVE A BIG MENU, PRICES WERE OK, BUT DID NOT CARE FOR THEIR MENU, I SEEN THE BAR MENU AND I DIDN'T CARE FOR THAT EITHER AND ALSO MORE SHOPPS, THEY HAVE TO MANY BANQUET ROOMS AND NOT ENOUGH SHOPS, THEIR LITTLE GIFT SHOP DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING THAT I WANTED. THE FIRST NIGHT I WAS THERE I WAS THINKING OF GETTING ROOM SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD A TERRIBLE HEADACHE AND I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A SHOWER AND RELAX AND I DID NOT WANT TO GET DRESS AGAIN, BUT THAT WAS WAY TO E Devamı

Our room smelled musty every time we walked in to it. It was a very clean room that was comfortable. My ny other issue was with the outdoor hot tub. It was anything but hot. Overall a pleasant stay.

There is nothing fancy here, but there are alot of good things going on. Free parking, who does'nt like that. Across the street from the Woodfoeld Mall, there are many restaurants within a square mile, some very good, some not so good. The rooms are very nice, flat screen tv, nice but small bathroom. They have a pool in the courtyard that is pretty […] nice along with a small whirlpool. There are no coolers in the room, but they do have ice machines. The lobby is very nice, sort of an art deco look, and they have a nice bar in the lobby. Overall a very nice hotel. Devamı

I got such a great deal on this hotel that I thought that surely the hotel couldn't be that nice. I was pleasantly surprised with everything at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were able to get an early check in with no problem. Even thought I booked a room with two double beds, when we got there they offered us a king bed instead, […] which was our preference. We were planning to take the train into the city and the staff helped us figure out the schedule. The room was clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV. And, I loved that you could check out on the TV menu. The location was really convenient - close to the highway, mall, IKEA and train station (about four miles away). Devamı

In my opinion, this hotel is ran like a 5 star hotel. Very nice and personable staff. Excellent service and food. Beautiful hotel and great ambiance. Conveniently located to shopping malls and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again. My stay was too short...

We stay here when we come to the area - especially in the summer. We love the outdoor pool! The service is great and the location is perfect. My only complaint - I don't like to have to pay for the wi-fi. I have recommended this hotel to several people - but the lack of free wi-fi turned off a couple of our friends.

My stay at the Hyatt hotel was a great one, the people were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I wanted a hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool and this hotel had one that was very clean.

this was a very nice hotel close to shopping and the interstate. i wish it would have had a little refridgerator in the room to keep leftovers in and access to a microwave. overall, very satisfied.
