Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Airport - Los Angeles

Large, clean room, with wifi, and all the amenities. Check-in was quick, and staff friendly. Valet parking only. I will stay here during future trips, as this was the most pleasant of the Century Blvd hotels I've stayed.

Hotel itself is very average, but clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Best feature of this hotel is its proximity to the LAX Terminals. You can walk to the airport in under 10 minutes. I'd stay here again, but only for overnights. Not good for long stays.

Hotel has been updated a bit, the TV 's and cable system are poor by today's standards. Great location for quick airport connection in and out, Priced right.

All about convenience!

Loved the select comfort bed. I have a select comfort at home so this attracted me to this hotel and the price. The only thing I would say bad is the Valle parking price is way over priced. Not a good thing.

LAX Airport Radission Hotel WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!!!!

Clean rooms. Prices are economical compared to other 3 star hotels in the area. However, customer service is very POOR. We had to wait for 60 mins just to check in even with a reservation. I liked that hotel very much. It is very close to the Airport with reguar shuttle service. The service with courteous and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable.

The sleep number beds are horrible! The drain in the shower would not stay open, but other than that, it was a nice room.

Our stay was nice, my dog was happily accepted and she had a great time, although the cleanliness of our room at the time we arrived was not the best. Everyone was friendly and nice and even though they did not give us the room we reserved they were kind enough to offer one as soon as it become available to us.

The valet parking is $20.00 a day... they bring it to you when you are ready to leave and they also damage it and not even tell you!! No responsiblity!! Who knew that you had to take pictures and walk around the car everytime you pick it up and drop off!! Are you kidding me!! We do not choice about the parking if you want to stay you have to pay for […] the the valet and also pay for your own damages they do to your car as well. To bad for the Radisson hotel to have a horrible valet service... Don't stay if you rent your car for sure! You will end up paying for the damages... trust me! Very convenient as it right next to LAX, The staff was very helpful from the valet to check in. We had a yummy meal at the bar. Too bad we had to leave so early the next morning to catch a flight. The shuttle was waiting to be boarded and off we went.

Very nice place for overnighting in LA.

The hotel lobby is very nice. Room was a little dated,but clean and bed was comfy. Would stay again.

The Radisson is a great value. Courteous and helpful staff, clean, and with good amenities. The one big drawback is the $20 per day parking charge but that is to be expected at any airport hotel in a large U.S. city.

This hotel from the start was excellent, the valet was very helpful and attended to our needs from the very start. The check in experience was flawless, this hotel would have been a 5 star had we not felt punished for our late check in. The location is very convenient to LAX. They also provide a shuttle each way. The hotel was adequate. Nothing special.

All in all, the room was fine, bed was OK (I guess)...TV was a 1980's model CRT...Low Definition, and no meaningful cable to speak of...If this fits your profile, then if the price is right, then the room should be OK...Self park ($17)was off the lot, Valet was $22 per nite. This hotel has everything and at a great price. The room service was fantastic, food was exactly what I ordered and arrived on time everytime.

I liked the location and general amenities, but the internet connection was slow and the on demand movies did not work. The hotel restaurant was quite good though, no need to leave the hotel.

Before booking the room through hotels.com I called the hotel direct and told them I was meeting my boyfriend for the weekend and we had late next day flights and asked if they had a late checkout. They told me they did and how much it was so I asked that they charge my card for that also. I askd if I would be able to book that (the late check in) through […] hotels.com also or should I call them back directly and was told it couldn't be done until I checked in. It wasn't until after we had already arrived and checked in that we were told that late check in is only on a first come first serve basis and unfortunately they were booked. I was livid. Had this information been given to me on the phone the day before I would have either booked somewhere else or booked 2 nights at that time. As it turned out we had the choice of sitting in their lobby all day or at the airport waiting for our 7 pm flights. My boyfriend and I travel for business extensively and hadn't seen each other in 5 weeks. This was a quick trip for us and we didn't expect we'd spend half of it in their lobby catching up! I was especially disgusted that I wasn't told that information after SPECIFICALLY explaining our situation. This was just a one night stay for my husband and me. We were on a multi city trip and were headed out on another leg of it the following morning. We had been traveling all day and were pretty pooped when we got to the Radisson, but the staff there was welcoming and provided outstanding service. The hotel itself is a bit worn, but the room was clean […] and comfortable. We enjoyed one of the best meals of our trip at the hotel restaurant and our waiter was excellent. Had a broken AC in my room. Even though it was winter, it got pretty warm and stuffy. Arrived very late to my hotel so didn't have time to change rooms. Windows were welded shut so could not compensate for it. Hotel was great for the rate near LAX, as I got a mobile special. If you get one of these then it's worth it. Conveniently located next to the terminal however you do not hear any noise. Rooms are a little dated but overall clean and presentable - would recommend as an airport transfer hotel.

This is my second stay at the Radisson LAX. I can't really ask for anything more for a quick one night stay before an early morning flight. The staff is very courteous and professional. This hotel was fantastic. It was so close to The airport and a short drive from downtown. Service at the hotel was outstanding and the room was incredibly clean and tidy. The restaurant at the hotel had brilliant service and the food was great. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size.

While the overall condition of thehotel was good, there was a hugesrain on the carpet in out room. Aldo the heat didn't work and the host and cold faucets on the sink were reversed. Maybe they give guests who get deals from sites like hotel.com lesser quality rooms? Evening was perfect stay!

Upon my arrival, I had to be moved 3 times, due to hotel room maintenance. I tried to call the front desk to complain numerous times (at least 4 times' the phone rang for 20 minutes each), and the calls went unanswered. After I reached my third room the next day.. first of all, it's REALLY close to the airport and their shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes, so if you have an early flight, this is probably the best place to go if you're on a budget. the room was ok. very tiny and didn't have a flat screen tv. the room just felt "old" compared to other hotel rooms i've been in w/a 3 1/2 star rating. they […] charge $20 for parking, so if you have guests that want to visit you, let them know beforehand before they park. there is free street parking, but you have to walk at least 2 blocks behind the hotel where it looks pretty shady. there was what looked like a shuttle that had black blankets covering the windows and a pit bull barking at us in the front seat. i quickly saw my friends off and went back to the hotel and barricaded my door. bottom line: if you just need somewhere to crash before catching an early flight the next day AND you don't have kids or other family with you, then stay here. otherwise, shell out a few more bucks and stay somewhere nicer. One factor is you need to list that you have to pay additional for parking

Would not stay here again: lack of hot water at 11:00pm; old tv with bad reception; parking charge/lack of self parking on premesis.

The room reek with cigarette smoke even I requested non smoking room... called the front desk and complained but said it's a non smoking room ... the bath room are very old but clean and there was this remodeling noise at one of the room close to mine where they tape off the room and that was unpleasant ... other than that .. it was a mediocre hotel […] ... 12/31/2011..AT 5PM AS I ARRIVED BY CAR TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL, THERE WERE PARKING ISSUES. THE LOT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION SO I WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW THIS VAN AROUND THE BLOCK & THEY WOULD BRING ME BACK TO THE HOTEL & ALSO TAKE ME TO MY CAR UPON CHECK OUT. WELL IT WORKED AS FAR AS CHECKING IN, BUT UPON CHECK OUT I WAS ASKED IF I NEEDED A SHUTTLE TO THE […] AIRPORT. I REPLIED NO, JUST TO MY CAR AT THE ALTERNATE PARKING LOT. I WAS THEN TOLD UNFORTUNATELY THE SHUTTLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN TO THAT LOT. I BELIEVE THE COMPANY WAS CALLED SUNRISE OR SUN, SOMETHING LIKE THAT. My husband and I stayed here for our last night in LA and it happened to be New Years Eve. Our check in was rather painless but parking was ridiculous. We had to park 5 blocks away in a parking lot which we had to pay for so we couldn't go anywhere for a New Years Celebration. Resigned to the fact we had to stay in our room for the night, we figured […] we wold rent movies and do the stay at home couple thing, no pay er view and the new flat screen in our room wasn't equipped to read usb ports, so we couldn't hook up any laptop or phone so we could netflix our own movies. The next morning, the desk clerk informed us that there was no shuttle back to our car, in 40 degree weather, I decided to call on the management and where as she arranged to pay for a cab for us, we decided we would never stay there again. They do not plan for events well to keep paying customers happy, and the technology is not as up to date as some of the smaller hotels we stayed in. This was not a case of bigger being better. Everything was pretty good except I can not believe the parking. I can not believe I had to pay $20 for parking for each day. I think parking should be free for guests.

the room was wonderful the location was wonderful and no problem checking in the front counter the service was wonderful all around, just 1 concern is that the bed blankets have some little bugs in them other than that it was a wonderful thank you very much for your services I will return

We had three rooms one of them had no coffee brewer the other had no creamer or sugar and no cups

Terrible self parking options. They charge $25 for Valet parking. The floor in my room was wet. We forgot a bag at the Valet counter and we realized it only after driving 240 miles away from LA. When we called the Hotel they told us that they didn't have our bag. My friend's passport and laptop was in that bag. So we drove back to the hotel and found […] out that they actually had our bag. I've stayed in a couple of LAX airports and know the area quite well. 1. The Radisson is directly below the landing flight patterns, so be prepared for noise all night and early morning -- and no, this is NOT the case with all o them. 2. The air conditioning was broken and the maintenance guy did come in a timely manner and "fixed it." Problem was, […] it wasn't fixed and we were sleeping in an 85 degree room. 3. The vending machine charges $2.50 for a small bottle of water, and yeah, I get it, ancillary revenue, but $2.50 is waaay more than surrounding hotels (usually $1.25-$1.50) and the machine did not give change. So I'm standing there with 3 singles dying of thirst at midnight, and all I get is an error message that says no change and it returns my money. The front desk gave me quarters, but it was a pretty poor experience all told. Devamı
