Our room was fine, the bathroom could have used some serious updating. The location was convenient, the outdoor pool and patio area were nice. We had a terrible time getting food on the patio, took over an hour for chips & salsa and a flatbread pizza (which turned out to be the wrong one once it arrived). At breakfast, no one approached our table for […] 15 minutes and it wasn't until we flagged someone down did we get a cup of coffee and our order taken. Overall, it was a decent stay. This hotel was wonderful! My only complaint is that it cost $124 dollars to park for three nights.

Came into town for 3 nights with a group of friends and wanted somewhere close to downtown with a bit of luxury. Hotel provided this very well with nice rooms, helpful staff, a nice bar for pre-drinks and a location that made getting around very easy. The hotel is convenient to SOCO. Parking is VERY inadequate (a parking garage is under construction) and self-park fills up early in the evening. Some noise from bar area - live music - can be heard in the rooms (even on 12th floor). Our room was attractive and well-maintained and hotel employees pleasant and helpful.

The location of the Hyatt is great, but the hotel's parking is not good.

Parking was closed due to construction, i wish we would have been warned about this i just happen to have broken foot.

The view made up for the small room (King River View). Beds were too hard for us, others would love. Sushi bar was best Tuna I have had in a long time. Being right on the trail was great for walking and seeing the lake. Overall great hotel!

I was dissappointed about the following (especially considering how much I paid per night): 1. Air Conditioning didnt get very cold. 2 Tub was clogged and my friend and I took showers while standing in a great deal of water. 3. Parking Lot and Valet were both full. We had to park elsewhere and were shuttled to/from hotel

I was less than thrilled with my stay at the Hyatt. They are currently renovating the parking lot, so there is essentially no place to park on site. The lot was full when we arrived and we were told that we could park a couple blocks away and there was a shuttle. Otherwise, we could park anywhere in the available lot we could find, including the grass. […] Upon checking in, we received a room with 2 doubles, not the king room I booked on Expedia (which was the only option available on the website). They claimed that Expedia (and other travel websites) do not actually know what room types are available and you get what you get. I always use travel websites to book hotel rooms and this is the first time I have not received the room that I purchased. Each room has sets of complementary earplugs by the bed. Apparently the noise from construction gets really loud. Thankfully, we did not experience this because we were there on a weekend. This hotel is definitely not worth the price. Devamı

We were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and got a river view room - definitely worth it for the view. The heat wasn't working in our original room, but they promptly attempted to fix it and when it couldn't be fixed quickly, moved us to a new room and removed some of the charges for our trouble. Stayed the night to facilitate a fun night on New Year's. The hotel was the perfect location and the heart of the activities. The bar was great and the food we had was good (fresh sushi too). The parking construction didnt affect us although the valet & bell staff did seem overwhelmed when we pulled up. Overall ehe rate and location were perfect for […] what we needed. I absolutely loved my hotel experience at the Hyatt Regency. The location was ideal for activities and my business meetings, being positioned on the jogging trail and so close to downtown and highway 35. The hotel room was rather large and super clean. I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to stay here again!

I must say we were pleasantly surprised at the Hyatt. The lobby bar was cozy and reasonably priced, the food was good, and the staff really well trained. Our room was updated and comfortable, as well as all other aspects of our stay. I lost an item while packing to leave, and upon contacting the hotel, it was found and returned with no problem whatsoever. […] I would definitely stay here again. Devamı

Thought this hotel was awesome. I have stayed at many other hotels in Austin---but I was very impressed and will be looking at staying at a Hyatt for a future vacation getaway to Nashville! Great job---keep up the great service and style of the Hyatt!

This hotel was a perfect location to the action on South Congress and to downtown Austin. We just took a quick walk across the South Congress and were able to enjoy the bars and restaurants in downtown Austin. There is also a bus stop right outside for those that can't walk or do not wish to. The hotel room was very comfortable, and had little extras […] such as an ipod dock, and nice toiletries. It was only one night but we liked the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the food was very good and had a very good night sleep.

Great location. There was construction going on, but they compensated with free wi-fi, free breakfast, free self-parking and reduced prices for all food. Rooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable. Excellent location with short walk to sixth street and Congress Ave.

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant and great views of Colorado river. A bit of a problem with hot water in the room and no fridge.

This is a very nice hotel. It was clean and the staff were very polite. The best thing that i liked was the location and the river view. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for christmas night. Although Austin was very silent and we did not enjoy the city much but staying in this hotel was awsome. The room was very clean and there was good smell. The hotel rooms and inside facilities were great and the staff was wonderful. The parking lot was under repair so the parkng was not convenient and certainly problematic for anyone who came to the hotel to visit. Hotels under any sort of renovation should be required to advertise as such.

I love that the hotel is right on the lake with the trail, which was perfect for me as a distance runner. It was a little noisy inside, as I could hear a lot of the live performances from the first floor area.

The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. I forgot a couple toiletry items and they were happy to provide them for me. The location is great as I was there for a conference at the convention center. There are hotels closer to the convention center but I didn't mind the short walk. My only issue is that there was hair in the bathtub and that was […] kind of unpleasant. They were undergoing renovation and provided free room water and free internet during the renovation due to some minor noise we might hear. Overall a nice stay. Devamı

Staff is friendly and fast. Rooms are large and clean but the hotel is a bit old. Some rooms have a great view of the lake and downtown.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. We had no hot water the night we arrived and hotel construction was loud and obnoxious starting at 8AM in the morning. They tried complimenting us bottled water and free WiFi, but that does not compensate for my lack of sleep. The hotel price wasn't even discounted for the construction, nor did they tell us in advance. […] I would never have stayed had I known this. Devamı

we love Austin..and this hotel is centrally located downtown and the view to Town Lake is superior (if you get a room with a lake view)...the lights at night and the early morning sun add to the beauty of this city and its beautiful people. we love Austin!

Everything was great accept the bathroom. It was not up to pare with the rest of the room. There was mold in shower and very low end hardware in the shower and sink.

The staff were very accommodating when we asked for adjoining rooms and riverside view. The location was excellent. Areas of the hotel were under construction. Earplugs were available on the nightstand in case the noise was bothersome. We were there the day after Thanksgiving and I believe they had halted construction for the Holiday.
