It would be nice if they had a price chart for the items in the rooms. Plus I was charged $18 for Valet. I was not informed of this upon pulling in to have my car parked or I would've just parked it myself.

Given that I had to be traveling on Christmas night--I decided to treat us with a stay at the Hotel Murano. The Hotel Murano is a beautiful property.

We stayed one night at Hotel Murano. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet so we didn't venture around the hotel to explore. We ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel. The Murano burger was delicious. All the staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The glass on display was gorgeous. I travel frequently and this place was simply fantastic. Excellent room of high quality, friendly and attentive staff, and a great location. A solid 10 in my book! I can't wait to go back and I love all the art work

The actual Hotel stay was great...people were nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very nice. As for the restaraunt....we had 2 different unpleasant experiences and 1 good experience. The first....we wanted to eat lunch at 11:00am and there was no one in the resteraunt but they would not serve until 11:30 so we left. They would not budge […] at all even thought they had NO GUESTS at the time. Then the next...the staff was not very freindly at all. The last....we had a nice server and the food was good. In this day and age....it is all about customer service and I feel they lack in that respect. Devamı

Our stay was lovely, convenient to downtown First Night festival. Comfy beds, warm robes-but had to enjoy a long bath when the tub stopper won't stick, so marks down for maintenance. Also had to immediately store away the "honor bar", on a tray unsealed with no prices-too tempting for little hands, but thankful there was an armoire with doors for that. […] Breakfast was excellent! We have stayed at this Hotel on a couple of special occations. This time the foom service was seriously lacking. From no room service to having trays of food left in the hallway for more than 18 hours is not acceptable for the price we paid. Now this was a completely new experience for us at this Hotel as our previous visits were first rate. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. However, the service was terrible. We checked in about midnight and tried ordering room service right away. The phone in our room kept cutting out and shutting off. The girl who was working room service was rude and did not try to help resolve the phone issue. We finally had to go down to the front desk […] to order our food, where the front desk attendant was not helpful or apologetic. Also they advertised a 20 dollar food and beverage credit, but we only received one card for continental breakfast, which had an 8 dollar value. Overlall, the service was not four star, and I would not recommend this hotel based on that alone. Devamı

The stay and the staff were excellent. We stayed in a King Deluxe room. Had a nice clean bathroom, clean room, and soft bed with lot's of pillows. There was also a long glass desk at the window with a office chair with no arm rests. The chair was not comfy at all which only left the bed to sit or lay on. That was the only critique that I have off the […] stay and the service. We also ate at the Bite restaurant inside the hotel. They were smaller portions with a exceptional price. But I've grown accustomed to that in hotel restaurants. Not much can be done about that. Devamı

Great hotel, great service. However, I had booked our "King" room through Hotels.com and when we arrived, there were no "King" rooms available. At first we were told there was nothing that could be done since we booked through Hotels.com. After a few words, the Hotel was more than generous in crediting us for the difference in the room we booked and […] what we ended up with. Fantastic service...can't wait to stay again. Very happy with the ambience, a little dissappointed in the eggs benedict we ordered from room service but our expectation is pretty high!! Would stay again.

The facility and staff were great. Deborah, the bartender, was terrific helping with restaurant suggestions. Just north of the hotel are many antique shops and cafes. The local seafood and produce were excellent. Light rail is steps away. The Glass Museum and demonstration of glassblowing is worth the time. We recommend the Hotel Murano, no questio […] n. Devamı

It was rather expensive for a room that has paper thin walls, we were woken by our neighboors above us and on both sides of us. When people where in the hallway you could hear them as if they were standing in the room with you. I will not be staying again. All though I would say the room was very comfortable and very clean. The curtains were missing […] the rods to close them or adjust them. I feel that a hotel like this should have every little thing perfect. Devamı

Liked the hotel and location. Nice gym and restaurant. The only drawback is the self parking process. You have to check in, get a pass, then walk back to your car. They can't automatically bill you.

Loved this place...great vibe, terrific facility, good location, etc. Highly recommend it! One negative is self parking not connected to the property via indoor means, nor accessible via elevator/escalator (challenging w/ 3 bags on stairs), but wouldn't let that piece change whether I stayed there again.

I was getting my daughter set up at college and stayed at the Murano. It was Perfect. I was taken care of and had all of my needs met. Great place! Next time I will plan on spending more time looking at the amazing art collection...

The hotel had perfect pillows (for our taste), but you could select from a list of pillows to match your own preferences. we went there for the glass art and were not disappointed. We were not at all pleased with being charged for Internet in rooms. Have come to accept that parking gets charged for in this era of wishing there were no cars, but connecting […] to the Internet is an essential, like running water. Devamı

Hotel Murano in Tacoma was a great place to stay. Every single employee provided excellent service. The hotel room was beautiful with a great view. Lobby and main rooms had wonderful art. All-around great stay. Highly recommend it.

Like the hotel, things were great at checkin, and the hotel is beautiful with all kinds of art everywhere. Room was great also, with a great view. Room service good first night, it was fast too so I cash tipped on-top of the included gratuity on the bill. the next night they forgot about us completely so I called to remind them and we got a 40$ comp […] for the restaurant. We had one AWFUL server in the restaurant the day before so didn't really want to go back, but did and breakfast was definitely much better service but still needs/ has alot of room for improvement. Our room was worth every penny. I wish we had made reservations for more than one night, but the room was immaculate, comfortable, and quiet even though it was located right next the elevator. It's also quite the happening place in the evening.

I reserved a room for my best girlfriend and her husband for the night after their reception. She loved it and said that if I were to ever get a room in the Tacoma area I would have to stay there. She said it was so fun and the room was beautiful and very comfortable.

This hotel is swanky and our room was very clean.

The room was VERY nice but it was small. For the price we paid for the room, I would have thought that parking would be included but it wasn't. Had to pay for your parking per day! There was no refridgerator in the room, you had to request one, but the phone didn't work so I had to call the main number with my cell phone. No continental breakfast. Very acomedating . The room was very eloquent and jazzy. If you are going you should check out the spa! The only disappointment that I had was finding out the jaquzzii was out of service and has been for for some time. Other than that it was great !

A wonderful, truly distinctive property with great service and a spectacular collection of art glass. Each floor celebrates the work of a specific glass artist with samples of his/her work. The decor continues in individual rooms with memorable, fun design elements. The staff is helpful and friendly; the restaurant is excellent. We had a very nice stay at Hotel Murano. The service was good and the room was very clean and nice, with the exception of the bathtub that was peeling and may have had a problem with the drain, unless I just didn't know how to use it. We got take out from the restaurant, which had a nice array of choices, a children's menu and reasonable prices. Very beautiful, relaxing environment.

I recently stayed at Hotel Murano for the first time, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable and featured awesome updated decor. All services from check-in to room service exceeded my expectations. Our stay was comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of the Tacoma Glass Museum, Art Museum and lots of restraunts. There is some beautiful glass artwork located throughout the hotel as well. Would definatly recommend Murano over the other large hotel in downtown tacoma.

Staff was cordial, efficient and easy-going. Public areas are very nice, spacious and artsy. Rooms were a bit worn (saw a few) though nicely appointed and clean-enough. Restaurant (Bites) was quite good though a bit pricey for Tacoma's high-end range. Pleasant stay. Elevators a bit slow and too few in number (3)

A very classy hotel in Tacoma. Convenient to restaurants and beautiful inside. The tributes to glass artists throughout the hotel are a special treat. Good service and comfy room.

Nice hotel, good staff, clean rooms, fun bar. I definitely recommend this hotel.
