IRoom 1265 in the tower building was too far away. I asked for a better room and was given 420. Perfect room....close to everything, overlooking the pool. Big Mahalo to your staff!! I booked this one night stay on line and got a good rate. I did not like the fact that I was charged and extra $18 as a faclities usage fee. I did not have a car etc.. I feel like it was misleading. The hotel it self was great. It has a great location.

I love this hotel, but the only thing I really don't care for is the extra hotel "fee" that the hotel tacks on to the price after your stay. They tell you about it when you first check in, but still I'm not sure why it's there.

I had a very old room that overlooked a parking structure. Stayed here before and the room was better but not this time. New gym is very nice though and the service and food were great.

This hotel is located on the strip. Avg hotel, good rates. Room was clean and comfortable. Had problems with are lock in door and to have 3 key replacements. Walls seem thin bc u can hear doors being slammed. Overall, good hotel.

We are glad we booked this hotel. We were skeptical about their lowest rate's Princess room cause the descriptions about this previously used as airline crew accommodations sound like there would be nothing but just a bed cause you are paying the minimum! It turned out with this affordable price, it's more than a bed but you can enjoy all the services […] a big hotel would provide. Yes, it's an old Sheraton, but you could enjoy things that boutique hotels won't be able to provide like complimentary beach towels/chairs, water, fresh pineapple, cocktail drink, baggage storage.....a huge parking lot! Super quiet room in the middle of Waikiki at spring break. Slept like a baby. Right across the street from the beach, and close to Starbucks. Very affordable and convenient self park for my rented jeep. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Waikiki at a fraction of the cost of the Oceanfront hotels which were much noisier.

I like the location. It is in the center of Waikiki - close to the beach, the International Market, and all the famous restaurants and stores. The room is extremely clean, I especially like that the pillow cases, and bed sheet are fresh, and the price is very reasonable too. The hotel is very close to the beach, and this is the only good thing I can say about my experience at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. The hotel staff (except the lady who cleaned my room) is very dismissive and not very patient. At first I was given a room near the elevators. The noise of the elevators going up and down was just unbearable, I asked […] to give me a different room the next day or give me an upgrade for which I would have been willing to pay an extra, but I was told there were no room available. I had to complain to 3 different hotel staff members, and finally I was given a room away from the elevators. The following day the hotel started doing work on the rooms above mine. They were chainging carpets in all the rooms above mine. The noise lasted from 9 AM to 5 PM. I chose not to complain about that, but couldn't wait to come back home and give them a bad review. I wouldn't go back, and I wouln't reccomend it to a friend either. There are plenty of hotels in Waikiki that are much nicer, and no hotel there is truly far from the beach. Devamı

Booked through internet and got a very good price, so got a room with a view of a wall but at that price, we were happy. Very nice hotel in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to Waikiki Beach. Lots and lots of eating choices and shopping galore. Also had some reasonable priced eating in case you need to save money. ...our 6 year old really liked the pool...enjoyed the fruits on the buffet...and had fun rolling on the bed(sorry)...we had fun too-the whole experience was great...the staff was so aloha like...nice to see the aloha spirit is still alive...

I had a very nice night at this hotel the location, and the cleaniness. The view was very nice.

Could not turn down the AC, and we were chilled.

Overall we had a nice trip and enjoyed our stay, however, we had to upgrade our room due to the size was really small. There was also a surcharge of 18.00 was added to our room each night, it would be ok if we rented a car and parked it for no additional cost. But since we didn't, it was kind of a waste of money. If you want to be near the beach (across the street) and all the action of Waikiki try saving a few dollars and stay at the Princess Kaiulani

Love this Hotel for its friendly Hawaiian atmosphere. Location great. Nightly entertainment around pool. We have been staying here every year for the past 12 years. Have stayed in other Hotels previously until we "found" this one. We recommend this Hotels to all our friends.

Keoni was VERY curt / rude. I asked for a few extra minutes to checkout because I was sick and vomiting but Keoni showed zero compassion. He attempted to rush me out by giving me only 30 minutes to get myself together. Further, when I went down to turn my key in, he became sarcastic when I simply wanted to drop my key off instead of waiting in a long […] line behind people who were checking in. Again, I was sick and had very little energy to stand in line at that time. I expected much better service considering how expensive the rooms are compared to other hotels nearby. Devamı

One of the things I didn't like about this hotel was, being a resort you pay a resort fee of $18 a day. And they can't even offer you FREE WiFi. If you have a computer, you have access, but not for smartphones..

Great place to stay. The location is the best. Also, the rooms and the pool. The hotel is one block away from Waikiki Beach, amazing!!! Definitely, I would recomend it

Shearton should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. Our room was hot. I comlained about it and nothing was done. The shower was totally unacceptable.

Excellent Hotel. Very friendly staff, food was great. Wonderful pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very close to Wakiki beach, shopping centers, etc. Close to the Tour Bus Terminal for all the must see sights. The city bus transportation is also very good. We would go back any time.

Last week my girlfriend booked her stay in Honolulu for work at the Sheraton. Everytime she leaves for work, I usually send her flowers to her room. Upon her check in, they are ALWAYS in her room at any hotel that she stays at. Last week, not only were the flowers not in her room, but when I called the front desk to ask where they were, they did not […] know, nor did they care. I was tranferred from the front desk to the bell desk and no one had any idea where they were delivered nor did they take initiave to help me. It was only that my girlfriend went to find them herself did she get any help also. I think a hotel such as the Sheraton should have better service and a staff trained to take iniative to get down to the bottom of things. No one likes LAZINESS!! I couldn't do anything about it since I was thousands of miles away. It didn't even seem like they cared. Devamı

I went with my girlfriend for an event on Oahu for the weekend not realizing that it was the same weekend as the marathon, so when we arrived it was very busy. Since we arrived a late in the evening, we decided to eat at the buffet before settling into our room. When we got to our room, it was the most awful sight ever..... It looked like they cut out […] this room from another room or extended the laundry room which was right next door, since the room was soo small. You walked in and on the right was the bathroom which if you actually opened the door it just barely missed the toilet. I don't think someone at a larger size could have been able to use the bathroom since it was so cramped and tiny. Then there was a tiny closet where was an open ceiling area and looked like they didn't finish constructing it... screwdrivers, pieces on the ground, loose wood on the top shelf...just awful, that's when you barely take a step and you walk right onto your bed. This was the smallest cramped room I have ever been in. We went downstairs and asked if we could be moved since we requested a room with two beds....they were not helpful at all. Said that they were overbooked and were sending people to other hotels... too bad we didn't request to be one of them to leave but we stuck it out. The location is good in Waikiki but have told a lot of people it's not worth staying and there are a lot of other hotels nearby that probably has a nice decent size room to stay in. Devamı

We usually stay at the sister hotel The Moana Surfrider, but this was a last minute trip over New Year's and there were no rooms available. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The main areas were lovely and our room was also quite nice, except for the view of the garage. But who stays in their room in Waikiki any way? They even accomodated […] us with connecting rooms as we were traveling with my 91 year old father. If the Moana is unavailable we would stay here again in a pinch. Devamı

Very nice place to stay; EXCEPT....guests should NOT have to pay extra to watch regular television programming. Very disappointed in how television viewing was presented.

The location of this hotel is the best. we've been to Waikiki 8x and stayed here 4 times. Its close to everything, across from the beach and close to buses and trolly stops. Best of all, close to the Cheessecake Factory.

The experence was great, the only thing I would change would be that the music was not so loud and it did not go so late.

This hotel is a complete joke. The room barely fits a bed, a half dresser and the "desk" that rests against the bed! The bathroom had no outlets in it, I had to umplug the TV to dry my hair, there is no counter space, and the carpet felt moist all the time. The pool closes at 6pm because theres no lights in the pool area, and the breakfast is pathetic. […] The maids came in without knocking too - DO NOT stay at this hotel! Devamı

This hotel was not worth what we paid and was not an enjoyable stay. The wait to check-in took almost half an hour standing in line, then another half an hour to fix my booking because the booking they had recorded was for a city view room, not the ocean view room I had booked. No compensation or apology was offered for this inconvenience, which was […] especially frustrating after hopping off a 9.5 hour flight with no sleep. The plumbing/drainage system is poor as we had to have the toilet and shower fixed, which seemed to be a common issue according to the plumber. The room was noisy as we could hear the room next door and loud noise from the street very clearly - this made it hard to sleep. The overall condition of the hotel also did not meet expectations of a Sheraton hotel. On the other hand, the hotel is at a very convenient location, close to shops and steps away from Waikiki Beach. Great hotel with excellent service and facilities. Location is perfect. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, malls and transport to other locations.

It was a fantastic hotel. The people, the service & the atmosphere were incredibly beautiful. We will come back to stay at the same hotel and we are going to recomend it to our friends & relatives,

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The services at the beach were minimal but it was nice they thought of us there. The pool was rather small and not in the sun for most of the day due to the tall building to the south. Fitness room was adequate. The room was ok (nothing outstanding), but the front desk staff were definitely not the most welcoming or hospitable. Great location in Waikiki, directly facing the historic Surfrider. Older property, worn, but clean. A nice stay.

Hotel is very conveinent to shops,beach,parks & transport.We would stay there again, but not on the rear side of smaller tower, too much early morning noise garbage collection, deliver trucks,too much, try for rooms overlooking pool.We would recommend to friends that at staying at this hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpfull.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel was clean, sufficiently maintained (can be a lot better though). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is they charge a local charge of USD 12 pernight without notifications when we booked the rooms. Overall : very good.
