Sheraton Reston Hotel - Reston

Only one afternoon and night but it was great. The room was comfy and clean. The bartender was helpful and personable. The front desk staff quite personable. The restaurant was nice and the hostess was very attentive.

My wife had a great time at this hotel for a weekend get away. The staff is great and courteous. Will go there again, plus the rates were great for the weekend. Lots to do in Reston plus the outlets in Leesburg.

Clean, comfortable and exactly what was needed. Perfect. Airport and local business shuttle were a welcome added bonus!

I travel frequently for business and generally Starwood properties are a great choice. This hotel is pretty dirty and not well maintained. The common space is very dirty and has lots people "hanging" in the hallways having loud conversations. It appears many of the guests are from Eastern Africa and Pakistan and have longer term rental arrangements. […] They tried to solicit me in the hallway and even knocked on my door several times. I ignored them so I am not sure what they wanted. Pretty scary experience for the average business person. Conversely the hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I stayed here on business and I was completely satisfied. I'm not sure if everyone got the deal, but there was a dessert plate waiting for me when I got in with a nice letter saying that I was chosen as the guest of the day. The desserts were delicious and I was invited to use their Spa, but I couldn't take them up on that.

It isn't the swankiest hotel, but it's more than adequate for a few nights stay. My only complaint was being able to hear whole conversations happening out in the hall that weren't muffled at all by the door.

The breakfast buffet was barely satisfactory. Scrambled eggs were watery and pancakes were dried out and stuck to the bottom of the tray. Waiters were kind and helpful.

I was treated really well. I was given special treatment and allowed access to the Club lounge and free internet. It's a nice hotel, with great amenities and location to everything in the area.

Was pleased with my stay at the Sheraton. Was disappointed on the availability of parking at the location. There was a wedding reception being held there so the parking lot was full. Had to park at the back of the building. Should have reserved the front parking lot for guests of the hotel and had the parking around the back for the guests at the r […] eception. Devamı

Very nice and spacious room. Large comfortable chairs and bed. Very clean and what i expect from a Sheraton Hotel.

In the future

Very good hotel, got a great deal on a king bedroom with club lounge access. Club lounge was very nice with free snacks and drinks throughout the day with a basic continental breakfast from 8-10 and hors d'oeuvres from 5-8. We stayed at the Sheraton Reston over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel room was convenient, clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. But best of all, they welcomed our dog! Great room rate and excellent experience.

I was pre-warned that there was a blackout at the hotel, free drinks were given to compensate for this. There were many strands of hair which did not belong to me in the shower. The bathroom was large, however the vanity and shower were very small. There were also black stains on the pillow case.

I usually stay at the Hyatt. I was impressed with the Sheraton. I was allowed to take my little dog. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I'm going back to the Sheraton. Love that my dog can come with me. No extra charges for my dog. :)

Stayed one night with our two Goldendoodles while visiting friends. The room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The beds were absolutely luxurious with spotless linens. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Their internet service is really bad (practically unuseable) and they charge you $13/day! I think i'll just go with Holiday Inn next time.

This Sheraton is in desperate need of a renovation. There is a Westin, directly across the parking lot, that is beautiful. We went over there for all meals and drinks. The Sheraton is worn out. The carpets, while clean looking, were stained and frayed. The elevators were old, slow, and noisy. The bar and restaurant areas were dark and depressing. Very clean great breakfast!! not expensive.... I recomend this hotel !!!

I wanted to take a shower at 11 pm on a Saturday night. The only problem was that the shower water was luke warm at best. It was probably a minor plumbing issue because I was able to take a very nice hot shower earlier in the day.

I checked into this hotel, which exceeded my expectations, to find that my 2 double bed reservation could not be filled. They only had a King bed room available. However, having said that, they quickly brought a roll-away bed to the room which was comfortable and the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Excellent accommodations, ample parking, clean and a friendly helpful staff

The Hotel is very nice. I really liked the roll away bed. The front desk that took us in did their best to compensate for the error in booking. I should have had two double beds, but the roll away bed was just as comfortable. It wasn't a cheesy roll away bed, the mattress was nice and thick, not just cushions on wheels and very springy. No continental breakfast...I was bummed about that. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful and the bed was fairly comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean.

I stayed at the Sheraton for business and found it be very convenient and functional. The free wifi in the business centre was great and I made good use of the gym/fitness facilities. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The dinning options were quite limited but the hotel was only a 15 minute walk to Reston town centre and there […] was also an excellent restuarant across the road at the Weston Hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, crisp linens. Extremely clean. It was a wonderful choice.

Beautiful hotel, close to large shopping mall. The breakfast package is a good deal, staff in the resturant are nice and helpful. Would not forget the friendly smiles of a lady called Consurlo, her great service is very appreciated.

I booked a club king room, it says on web site, free breakfest and free internet. when I got in, find out there is free breakfes, it is $18 each person; there is no free internet, it is $12.95 a day; another thing there is no Safe box in room as what is descripted on the web site as well. You can tell the hotel was an older hotel but has went through some renovations. The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel was the prices for food. I would expect these prices from a hotel in the heart of a major city, but not at the location where is hotel was. $14.00 for a bowl of cereal is a bit much. Other than that the hotel was great […] . My husband and I were pleasently surprised to find such a great hotel deal on literally a one night notice for a weekend getaway! The hotel was amazing, the price was even better!! We will for SURE be using hotel.com again for every occasion that comes up!
