This was one of best experiences that I have ever had, as far as the hotel is concerned. The staff was knowledgeable, curteous, and very helpful. The gym in the hotel was far better than most, even had free weights. The bed was extremely comfortable and hotel was clean and well maintained throughout. I recommend this to all.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was so clean, I didn't even feel like I needed to break out my lysol! The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definetly stay here again.

The hotel was very centrally located. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was immediately there when I called for extra linens and towels. What a great stay!

The hotel itself was nice. I considered it more 3&1/2 stars than 4 though. I've stayed in much nicer 4 stars. The bed was very comfortable. That was about the only good thing. The room was decent. The hotel was very loud. There were people outside our door late at night. The so-called "sound proof" rooms are anything but. The paper thin walls kept my […] husband awake from the ice machine in the hall making racket. We ended up not being able to sleep and left at 3 am. It was just better to drive home in the middle of the night to try to get some sleep there. While checking out, I told the hotel clerk and he said, "Oh you should have called me" I was then thinking maybe we should have to get moved to another floor. Just then he got a call and they had to call security and police because someone was in a fight....on a completely different floor than we were. The guy barely said another word to me and couldn't look me in the eye. They didn't really apologize or offer any way to make up for it. I thought we were going to be staying in a nice hotel, not a club. As we were leaving there were people coming in by cab drunk, half naked. I am a believer in fun and to each his own, but when it prevents you sleeping in a hotel, that's excessive. We will NEVER return. Devamı

The rooms could use some updating and the halways were freezing cold. I'd go back here just for the gym. The gym is amazing. I could get a full workout in which with most hotels I'm lucky to get carrion done a maybe a place to stretch.

We ordered room service and figured it would be charged to the credit card they ran as we checked in. However, we got a call at 12:21 (after midnight) and another at 5:21 A.M. It was the front desk asking, "How are you going to pay for room service?" WHAT?? Anyway, being woken up at 5:20 in the morning was absolutely uncalled for...we got no apology […] from the manager. Just, "How are you going to pay for room service?" Evidently the guy who swiped our card didn't do it right, and they thought we were going to leave without paying. Ridiculous. We paid cash and left - never found out what happened to the credit card swipe... We found everyone involved very rude. Devamı

The hotel was decent to have a low priced, clean place to stay. The bed was comfortable. There was no choice to order movies in the room, which was definitely a decision breaker for our next stay. This should definitely be an addition to their facility. There was an "old" smell in the elevators. The eating arrangements were a bit odd. My husband and […] I went downstairs to eat in the restaurant and were told we could not order off the menu but only eat what was on the buffet. The buffet was decent but we were a bit annoyed that you had no other food choice AND the price was not displayed. Overall, this would be a good choice for a business stay but not top notch for anything romantic. Devamı

It was nice and the room was clean. Extra comfy bed!

I have enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza in the past but I will not stay there again. The conditions were run down. The room was dirty. I requested a nonsmoking room and was put in a smoking room. Too noisy. Price was too expensive for the conditions.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza was great! There was a little issue with the A/C leaking water but other than that it was very comfortable, clean & pleasant to stay. Lots of restaurants, entertainment, etc... around so you don't have to loop around the city searching for things.

I'm not an unreasonable person, but this hotel does not deliver what it says it will. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, however, thats pretty much where the positives end. Despite being listed as something they have...there are no pay movies or no video game consoles. Also, no directions to access the WiFi and no up-to-date menu for room service. Asking […] about any of these services resulted in the staff looking at us like we were insane. The beds were made, but the floor was not even vacuumed so it was a pretty lazy cleaning job. Interior of the rooms need some serious updating but the lobby was nice. Breakfast took forever when I ordered off the menu. But, the size and the quality of the fitness center is worth going back for. Big and well stocked. I wish I gave my self more time that morning.

My take on the Crowne Plaza is this: don't stay there. It is expensive and doesn't have some of the basic things that hotels that are much cheaper have. For instance, and maybe this is just me, they didn't have the movie chanel like every other hotel that i have stayed in have. Before anyone says, "Well they don't do that at nice hotels," Let me tell […] you this, i have stayed at the Plaza in New York and they had the movie channel. So that excuse is just stupid. Another thing that really bothered me was the fact that it was warm to hot in that room and i had the air conditioner down to 68'! The final thing that really just capped the experience for me was the water pressure. It was terrible. I don't know anyone that prefers to have weak water pressure when they are taking a shower. It sucked, to be honest. I just would not recommend that hotel. There are about 3 right next to it that i would recommend and there is another hotel that i know is good that is right accross the street. So, if you are looking at a place to stay, i would strongly recomment another hotel. Devamı

Based on the condition of the room and the fairly meager breakfast buffet, I thought the rate was a little pricey. The only negatives were no soap in the room and a barking chihuauha down the hall. Other than that the room was fine and the hotel is in a convenient location.

The staff seemed to be very good. The complaint that I would have is the house keeping. We found someone's belongings in the bottom drawer, such as panties along with some other clothes. They don't dust the top of the T.V. cabinet. I put my shirt up there while I was getting ready and it got dirty. Also there were a pair of ear plugs up there. We have […] kids, but we couldn't give them a bath b/c there was only a shower in this room which wasn't that big of a deal. Everything was great! They just need to step it up on the housekeeping. Anything that I asked for the staff was more than happy to help. I wanted a refrigerator, and they brought me one. Devamı

For the price I was expecting mediocrity at best. We were surprised to see that it looked like a much more pricey hotel. My only complaint, if I had to have one, was the inconvenience of the bathroom door opening right inside the room door, but that's certainly not a problem if you just keep the bathroom door closed. The place is doing a remodel. The floor I was on was mostly under construction...dusty, loud etc.

Great location to I-10/I-12 split. I also found a great Mexican restaurant that was in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel even provided silverware for me.

Great hotel, however, the carpet needs to be updated. There were several tears in the carpet.

The price of the room was competative to the surrounding areas. Hotel right off major interstate which was nice for being able to get where I needed to go. Service was great and friendly. Pool was nice. My overall stay was very nice.
