The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The hotel restaurant was among the best I've ever eaten in. However, they were clueless about technology. We had 7 devices that needed charging and the hotel had zero electric current converters (They gad adaptors, which were useless without converters). We brought one with us, which wasn't […] enough to keep things like camera batteries, cell phones, a laptop and a GPS watch I use to measure distance when I run, properly charged. I visit Israel on a regular basis (at least 2-3 times a year) and always stayed at the Ramada Renaissance becuase of good rate that I have been getting. I now stayed in the Sheraton for a week and found it to be by far superior. Even though the hotel needs to be refreshed urgently, everything was pleasant about it. I will definitely come back.

We liked the free WiFi in the lobby, the size of the rooms, nice bathrooms and very attentive staff. Location was tops. Great breakfast buffet as well.

The hotel lobby and rooms all need refurbishing. We changed rooms three times at check-in and then just gave up. We had to wait two hours for our room to be ready. The breakfast buffet was very good, with good quality and variety. The front desk was helpful with suggestions and directions. There is not easy access to the beach, and the pool is not great. Hotel was great, beach is right there. You must cross a street no light, just wait for traffic pattern to clear. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely go back.

What is important in a hotel? A beautiful lobby with a wonderful view of the sea, comfortable chairs and smiling staff? Then the Sheraton wins hands down. The breakfast was simply scrumtious with much to tempt skinnies and fatties alike! The Sheraton had very a courteous staff that responded to our every request. The accommodations were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotellet höll högsta standard. Rummer var underbart, personalen var trevliga och tillmötesgående. Frukostbuffen var himmelsk. Ger hotellet högsta möjliga betyg.

Gutes bis sehr gutes Business-Hotel. Zugang zur Strandpromenade ist lebensgefährlich, ausser man nimmt einen Umweg in Kauf.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung (man sollte ein Hotel im Clubbereich buchen, da diese renoviert sind), der Service ist gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Nachteile: Um an den Strand zu kommen, muss man jedes mal eine ziemlich gefährliche Strasse überqueren und es gibt im ganzen Hotel keine gescheite Möglichkeit, draussen etwas zu trinken. Die Bar in der Lobby […] schliesst zudem um 01.00 Uhr, was für ein 5-Stern-Hotel nicht akzeptabel ist. Devamı

Hotel was fine, rooms comfortable, clean. Location superb. breakfast was fine. my only criticism is that the a/c in the breakfasthall was on to high and caused problems with many guests. In the rooms, the a/c was turned off by the maids and the curtains left open, making the room a sauna...until the a/c was turned on by the guests. but evything else […] was absolutely fine. do not order room sevice, there is a very high 'tray' charge!! Hotellet är rent och snyggt och har bra service i reception och när det gäller städ, tvätt, gym och buissnesscenter. clublounchen som man hade tillgång till om man bor i "clubrooms" var inte så mycket att skryta med. Det positiva var att det alltid fanns tillgång till drycker, kalla och varma och det negativa att de tilltugg som serverades var få och […] samma varje dag. I Clublounchen fick man inte gå med badbyxor och skjorta, (byxor ett måste - men bara för vissa - andra tilläts shorts som var minre än badbyxor....??) men däremot var det helt okej att ett helt sällskap badade i poolen i sina underkläder (kalsonger). Vid poolen var det stökigt, mycket gap och skrik och dessutom trafiken runt omkring. Frukostmatsalen var också stökig och i total avsaknad av service. Serveringspersonalen blev snarare förolämpade att man bad om kaffe än att försöka förekomma och servera.... Totalt otänkbart att äta något mer än frukost där ur det perspektivet. Dock var frukostmaten helt okej. Läget är bra om man bortser från trafiken. Lätt att gå till närliggande gata och ta buss om man inte vill åka taxi. Utsikten är magnifik - kan knappt bli bättre! Vi väljer med säkerhet ett annat hotell nästa gång även om vi tyckte rummet var fint och servicen där bra. Devamı

Sheraton Tel Aviv er et meget bra hotell. Romet var bra med rent og fint bad. Håndklær blir byttet fler ganger om dagen. Frokost bufeen er meget omfangsrik og god. Fin utsikt mot havet. Det er greit å parkere nede i garasjen. Man får et magnetkort og man kan kjøre ut og inn etter eget ønske. Dette er ikke gratis, men det er en god måte å ha leiebil […] på i Tel Aviv hvor parkeringsproblemene er store. Betjeningen på hotellet er vennlige og hjelpsomme. Oppholdsrommet i lobbyen er stort og hyggelig med tilknyttet bar. SPA avdelingen i kjelleren av hotellet holder høy klasse. Hotellet kan anbefales for dem som priorieterer høy kvalitet og utmerket beliggenhet. Devamı
