Room was clean and comfortable, but the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to the little details to further improve. For example the air vent in the bathroom had mildew although the rest of the bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Good trip, had fun. Definitely do it again!!!!

Universal studios has lots to offer for a weekend. This hotel is just a 10 min walk from the city walk. I would stay here again. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Hope you have as much fun as we did

Clean, comfortable room. Easy access to the freeway and metro station. Universal just up the hill with free shuttle pickup throughout the day. Staff was absolutely great.

Pretty good, aside from non smoking room that smells like a cigarette , then requested transfer & granted.. It was pleasant

We stayed for 2 days and the second day the hotel forgot to clean our room. We returned from universal studios very tired and had to wait around for them to clean it. The hotel mang Holly was unpleasant, however she did give us free breakfast.

Will never book there again. I will also not recommend it to anyone.

Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Should not be calling itself a Sheraton. Room was very small for a King. Maintance was not up to par. Vomit in the stairwell was left for two days. Staff put a cone over to warn guests but never cleaned it the entire time we were guests. Convenient if you were going to Universal Studios or City Walk. Would spend […] the extra few dollars to stay at the place next door. Devamı

Room was very nice and comfortable. The only issues, was the long line for check in, towels for two when reserved for a family of four and the toilet that didn't flush.

Over all a very nice stay. Very slow with bellman to room for checkout and valet to get car to you. Other than that great.

Very pleased with the hotel's location, parking garage and a free shuttle( that picks up/drops off right in front of hotel) to Universal Studios and City Walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shuttle would be nice to run a little later than 9pm...we had dinner at City Walk that took over two hours and had to hustle to make shuttle, very minor though […] and I recommend staying here. From Valet, to check in, to any questions, and bar service that evening I could not have asked for better service. After a full day at the near by theme park it was a treat coming back to this hotel to rest, change, and we were going to go out but it was so nice in the hotel we spent the entire evening there having a great meal and amazing, friendly […] bar service. The only thing missing from the room that I would have appreciated was a refrigerator. I stayed at a much less expensive (and FAR from nice) hotel two nights earlier that had both a refrigerator and microwave included. Go figure. All in all a GREAT place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of Universal Studios/City Walk. You get what you […] pay for, (well...except for a fridge), so, as you'd expect for the price, it's very clean, comfortable and convenient. Devamı

Great location, clean rooms and great service. Hotel staff was very accommodating. My reservation was lost and because it took so long to check in I was upgraded for my troubles. Also has a great bar in the hotel.

I used to stay at this hotel all the time on business a couple of years ago. It was the premium hotel in the area. Now it is a run down, poorly maintained and run place. When I got to my original room the air conditioning sounded like it was going to rattle itself to death, so they moved me to a different room. When I got to the new room I had to […] call housekeeping and have them service the room. There was someone elses hair in the sing, and the sheets looked like someone had been in them. I got a room on the upper floors so I can have a nice view. The windows were filthy. I tried to call the manager to discuss the problems with him, I got put on hold and after waiting 20 minutes I just gave up. Very sad. I will not stay here again, Devamı

Nice because it is close to Universal Studios. Uncomfortable beds, noisy freeway sounds made it hard to sleep. Won't be back, would recommend the Hilton over this place.

The hotel was in a perfect location for Universal Studios, but the room we were given was next to the parking lot and the best part of it was the door to the balcony was broken, we couldn't close it, we felt a little unsafe. The service was not that great, we were given the wrong directions to the room, we asked another worker and still ended up lost, […] we eventually tracked down a maid. That night we had to help a young man off the floor and help guide him to his room just around the corner from our on our way back in, he was so drunk. The experience could have been much better, if we received a decent room and a little more quality service so that we could have found the room the 1st time. Devamı

I got to the hotel early and was able to get into my room early. Because it was my birthday and there was room, the desk clerk upgraded me (and my son). She was really super nice and courteous. We had a very nice room and extremely comfortable. The hotel was right next to Universal Studios so we spent the day taking tours, rides, and walking around. […] We were so tired, we took the hotel courtesy bus back to the hotel. Stayed at the Sheraton on New Years Eve, Great Experience! Within easy walking distance from City Walk. Hotel staff was welcoming and the room was very clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's quite great location for walking to Universal Studio (Just about 8 minutes).

We stayed on new yrs eve and of course the hotel was packed. There was a new yrs eve ball going on, with most guests dressed in formal attire. We were standing by the shuttle waiting area/smoking area when we noticed behind us, if u look down below, it leads to some kind of kitchen entryway leading to the ballroom. There was a cart full of dinner rolls […] uncovered that was sitting there for almost half an hour , and the smokers standing up on top did not notice what was down below. There were a number of smokers standing there all flicking their ashes away directly down towards the exposed dinner rolls. All of a sudden, the door swings open and out come these 2 waiters taking the cart of bread inside to the ballroom, my husband and I yelled "are you seriously going to serve that?" and they looked up at us but did not reply, and just proceeded to go in. That was pretty disgusting! We told the valet guys and all they said was that they will report it. , we also told the front desk upon checkout. Devamı

Very convenient for the Universal studios, Beverley Hills and Holliwood attractions. The concierge was excellent wealth of information about the area and downtown LA. The staff were very helpful, a rarety these days, pleasing to encounter. The hotel facilities are very good.

I thought that this hotel was exceptional value for money given its star rating and location. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated, not only for Universal Studios but also for acess to all the other tourist sites, whether by freeway, or the smaller less busy roads. The staff were friendly and given the Concierge's […] directions, no GPS navigation system was needed whenever we went anywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would readily stay there again. Devamı

Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but not the worst. A little expensive considering there were few amenities.

loved loved loved this hotel! very pretty, clean, great location... lobby is beautiful, bar on site... staff was SO helpful and nice!

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the stay--a lot of different events going on. The staff was efficient and friendly. We would stay again and again.

From the moment we drove up to when we left absolutely fantastic! I am from Las Vegas and work in the service industry and have to say everyone at Sheraton Universal was friendly, courteous and always willing to help!!!! Thank you for making our visit to California a great one! I will definitely recommend and will be staying again!

Location was super convenient to Universal. Customer service was excellent and the cconcierge was super helpful! Thanks Sheraton for making our stay so enjoyable!

Rooms are way to small. The bathrooms are even smaller and more congested. Not worth the money, stay somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay. I plan to come back next year for the Halloween Horror nights at Universal. Everyone was very kind, the rooms were clean, the king size mattress was rough. I woke up with back pain, but can't please us all. It was a nice stay, I can't wait until next year. I'm pleased. Thank you
