it was nice very clean, and they have the most comfy beds i loved my stay here. i sure will be back here

Great location. Hotel is older. Free WiFi. Nice pool area but the chlorine was way too strong. Coffee shop not open on Sundays? Why? We got locked out of our room the second night.

The Sheraton Denver West is an older hotel and seemed to lack service for today's travelers. No breakfast provided! The carpet under the desk was destroyed. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave but it did have a coffee maker for an individual cup of coffee. Bottled water was available for $2 a bottle. The pressure of the water […] in the shower almost took your skin off. However, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were thankful that some of the parking was covered since it was snowing. The only complaint I had was the construction crew that started working on the lightrail at 7:30 am on a Sunday. Will sleep on the west side next time!

We went to the hotel with three teenage girls, it was one of there birthday's and the pool was broke. Very bummed kids, they sent us across the street to a rec center, not real nice. Oh well things happen. That was our only complaint.

our room was 505 & faced the city, Nice view - we could hear the people next to us all night and boy do those doors slam shut loudly. The heating/cooling system is loud too. Kicking on & shutting off, No fridge in room Come on !

The hotel heating system was so loud that if you managed to fall asleep, you would be surely be awoken the next time the heat kicked on. No one in our room slept well at all because of this. I don't recommend staying here.

The only complaint I have is when the furnace would kick on at night, it was really loud and woke me up. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

My room was extremely dark and dingy, even with all the lights on. I stayed 2 nights and it was clear my bedding was not changed and my bathroom was not cleaned. My towels were not replenished either. The soap wrapper from me opening the bar of soap, was still sitting on the side of the tub, so I don't think housekeeping even touched the shower. This is a busy convention hotel. For the cost of the rooms, I expected a nicer experience and more updated condition. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet is average. It has a nice business center and the wifi is included.

Amazing place to stay we will back soon.

I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times and will be back.

My thoughts of this hotel is that they are very clean & friendly and they are more then willing to help you out with any questions you might have along the way . We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton .

Excellent hotel & service

It was a bit frustrating that we asked for wheelchair accessibility online and by phone and when we arrived both requests were ignored and we ended up having to change rooms. They also did not offer to help us relocate our luggage.

This hotel location was very inconvenient if traveling to Downtown Denver. The A/C in our room did not work so we were transfered to another room, then the A/C in that room broke as well. When the engineer came, he had just finished fixing someone else's A/C so this is a widespread problem. The drains in our second room were very slow. There was no […] mini bar and the Starbucks in the hotel does not actually open for service. The pool looked nice, but the hottub was a joke with very sad "jets". This was a very nice hotel, my only complaint is that I booked a room for myself and my 3 sons; 4 people total, and all they had was a King Bed, but when I called the hotel directly they told me no problem, I could get a rollaway. Wrong! They were out of rollaways. 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. They did provide extra pillows and blankets for […] the floor though. Devamı

Was very pleased

The room was such a welcome comfort after a long day traveling. For the rate I paid on Hotels.com, this was an absolute steal!

Located a very, very long way from the airport in an area that looks like a giant office park. No hotel airport shuttle. You may be able to see downtown Denver way off in the distance from your window. WiFi does not cover all rooms and is slow, so forget about watching streaming anything. Some of the same class of rooms have jacuzzi baths and others […] have low end motel bathrooms. OTOH the staff was friendly and the gym/pool is nice. Won't be staying there again though. Devamı

I chose this hotel becaus eit was close to Ortho Hospital where my husband had surgery. The staff was friendly and more than helpful by allowing an early check in and late check out to accomodate my husband hospital release. The food was good and I felt very safe staying alone in the room when my husband was in the hospital

We live high in the mountains and travel to Denver often. We have often wondered about the Sheridan in the middle of nowhere. It was a more than adequate 4 star. The light rail will be completed soon and that will really make this a worthwhile stopover for us! Thanks!

This is an excellent Hotel. I stay here pretty much each time I'm in Denver and I'm never disappointed.

Very convenient to government center and many restaurants.

This hotel was advertised as remodeled but in fact was just kind of spit shined. The linens, carpet and artwork were new but that was about the extent of the "remodel". The locks had been recently changed. We had to get maintenance to come to pit 3rd room after the first two doors could not be shut tightly. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting. Tile […] needed regrouted and the tub needed caulked. Mold was all over. The window casing was water damaged. The indoor pool looked nothing like it's online picture either and some construction tarps and materials were left poolside. All in all, it seems like they had a decent photographer do the shots for their website and misrepresented the overall condition of the hotel. This is the 2nd time we have checked into a "remodeled" Sheraton only to feel like we'd been fooled. We won't try a third time. Devamı

The first night we stayed in the hotel, we went down to the indoor pool. It was 8:30 pm (pool closes at 10:30pm) and nobody had turned on the lights to the pool. There was a window open next to the pool (after a rain storm) and it was rather cold. I asked the woman at the front desk if she could turn on the lights and shut the window. Sheraton Denver West: We chose this hotel as a key stop in our recent cross country move. When selecting this hotel, I called ahead to ensure it was close to the freeway and could accommodate a 22' penske moving truck, which they confirmed. However, upon arrival after 16 hours of driving, we were told that there may or may not be a space to park and […] that we'd have to maneuver the truck (with car carrier!) to the back of the building and hope for the best. If there was no space, we were out of luck and she provided no alternatives. Luckily there was a spot. After painstakingly parking the large vehicle, we raced inside ready for bed. The same lady who was of no use with the parking situation was now accompanied by several other ladies frantically calling other hotels. They were about to WALK US. They had overbooked and were going to send the people who JUST PARKED their enormous vehicle to another hotel. 1. not my fault you overbooked, 2. you could have given me heads up before i parked. Thankfully one of the front desk ladies was competent and found a room for us. We were so thankful to have a bed, we ignored the fact that there was a used toothpick on one of the beds, the other was only partially made, it was a smoking room and the AC broke. Too tired to argue over hotel rate, we managed to get a free breakfast (we had to ask - no offer). Overall very disappointed with our experience. We spent a lot of time planning our trip and calling hotels to ensure they could accommodate us. Thankfully other hotels lived up to expectations. Devamı
