Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel - Baltimore

A good hotel for anything in the Inner Harbor, including Camden Yards. Convenient, clean, excellent services

Being from New England and shortly after AFC playoff win over Baltimore, I was afraid my weekend in Baltimore was going to be like 3 days behind enemiy lines. However it was a great time and I even enjoyed the Orioles Grill. Great room with views of the Ravens Stadium and Camden Park. the staff was friendly and very attentive. I would stay again.

We stayed here to attend an Orioles game, the hotel is within walking distance of Camden Yards. All Inner Harbour activities are also within walking distance. There are 2 choices for parking, valet and self... self parking is quite reasonable. Room was quite comfortable, bathroom nice, (although hot water was sporadic.) Would definitely stay there again […] for a ball game. Staff was very pleasant and helpful...we checked in early. Devamı

The hotel was very nice and the location was very convenient for me. The staff are professional and very helpful.

Hotel is great for any business you need to conduct around Inner Harbor, however, bargain shoppers would most likely want to look elsewhere. The pool is also a huge disappointment for an establishment this large.

While we enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Inner Harbor during a recent horrific heat wave, we should have exercised our ability to stand up and leave after reading the menu prices at the Sheraton's Oriole's Grille. We did not leave only for the fact that we thought the lines would be too long at any of the Harbor's restaurants for us to make our early […] entrance ticktet times to the Aquarium. $13.00 for a bowl of cereal???, $16.00 for scrambled eggs, greasy sausage, cold home fries??. The Oriole's Grille need either to make their food better to match their prices or to lower their prices to match their cold, greasy food. Devamı

Very satisfied with accomadation and members of the staff that we were un cintact were very nice pleasant and helpful. Well recommend to others

Our stay was very peaceful, the staff was very helpful and polite. The surrounding area was also comfortable close to our venue. The rooms are great, clean and plenty of supplies. no complaints

Can not check out early, no valet service at 7 in the morning! Noisy air conditioner, every time it kicks on seems like some one trying to open the door.

Our mattress sagged significantly on one side of the bed, making it difficult for my boyfriend to sleep. At check-in, the reservation clerk was very unfriendly and was poor at knowing/explaining the check-in procedures. There was no vent in the bathroom, making it one foggy mess. The Sheraton Inner Harbor hotel was perfect for our visit to Baltimore. We enjoyed visiting the city, and especially the B & O Railway Museum. We had tickets to Camden Yards, which was just up the street from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast in the Oriole's Grill was delicious. Even the parking fee was reasonable for […] any city hotel. We will certainly return next time the Red Sox are in town. Devamı

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The hotel is so convenient to the ballpark and the inner harbor. The only complaint is that the pool is TINY. It's really more like a kiddie pool -- don't expect to do laps here.

The hotel overcharged me for parking by $131 and this caused my checking account to overdraw. I called and was told it would be put back on the card I used, 2 days later still nothing. I hope I dont get charged for over drawing.

Despite high cost, didn't provide good service, didn't even show up after calling room service. Hotel is clean and decent, despite the 80's decor, but the service is horrible.

Our stay was very pleasant and we were really pleased with the room and accomodations. The Oriole Sports Bar and the restaurant were both used by our group. Very nice, we would stay here again!

Room looked like it was never cleaned! I have photos but I don't want to make you sick. Put it this way, someone had a lot of "fun" but couldn't aim. All over the office chair and all over the end table. The place looked like it hadn't awakened from the hangover yet. Not to mention the musty odor and the dirty floors. The Sheraton Inner Harbor is a comfortable, convenient, and affordable base for visiting downtown Baltimore. Service was very good, friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Dining options are adequate, and parking is expensive, as is the case at most downtown hotels. The location is a few blocks from the inner harbor, very convenient […] if that's your destination. We received a good rate by booking the night before we went. There is a parking fee which we knew about and all other hotels in the Harbor had a similar fee. there was also a 4.95 Internet Rate per 24 hours but we only got it for 12 hours. We had a room with 2 conjoining rooms that were locked out and could hear everything from both sides. i am a light […] sleeper and was awaken at 2 by the drunk college girls laughing and talkin in the room to our left. then I was awaken at 6:30 by the people on our right. It did not appear either were exceptionally loud but the you could hear everything that was said. When we went to take a shower the cold water had good pressure but the hot water trickled out. We went to the restaurant in the hotel and it was 14.50 for a buffet with eggs bacon and sausage. We were going to the Ravens game and did not want to travel to far so we ate there anyways. Next time in Baltimore will stay on outskirts to avoid the Parking charges and traffic of the City Devamı

Perfect tourist location. Attached to the Convention Center and walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Orioles and Ravens ballparks. A short cab ride to Fells Point with its great shops and restaurants.

Good location for a trip to see the Orioles and Inner Harbor. close to transportation, etc. Hotel was a little dated, but about right for the price. Staff was nice and room was clean. no complaints, but didn't blow me away either.

We chose the Sheraton Inner Harbor because of it's proximity to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor Area. This was great and we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. We did have a couple of problems with the accomodations. First, the sink made a loud gurgling sound about once an hour. Two out of three of us are light sleepers and woke […] up frequently due to this. The second day that we were in town, we left the room at 9 AM and did not get back until 10 PM. At that time, we found that our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they sent up shampoo so we would have it in the AM. When we checked out, the front desk staff asked how our stay was. I mentioned the house keeping issue from the day before. She was very nice and appologized. I felt that a good business decision on their part would have been to offer us a free cup of coffee, coupon toward a future visit or something. Next time, I'll look into other hotels in the neighborhood. Devamı

The room was nice at first glance. Then upon looking around I found that the shower rod was falling down, the hotwater valve was not straight, and the A/C went out in the middle of the night at 3:00 am I was offered a tech, however it was too late in the morning and we were leaving in 4 hours anyway. just an inconvince that could have been avoided. […] The guest service person was not the most pleasent at 3am ither. The hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable. bed was soft. I was close to the ballpark and the harbor. 6 dollars a beer left a little to be desired. It was a draft and it should have been 3 dollars. Nuff said. The price of the beer actually made me leave the hotel for a local brew pub that had great food and 3 dollar micro brews.

Great location, great price....clean, friendly and short walks to Oriole Park and the Inner Harbor. We had a very nice stay and would come back any time !!!

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby, we finally got a room. However, the room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, dust everywhere (lamps, phone, etc.), bathroom had mold around the tiles in the shower, and the sink handle was about to fall off. During the night, the sink […] started making crazy noises; it must have been when someone upstairs flushed. It kept us up during the night with drips and gurgles. The toilet was dirty and old. We plan on making our trip to Baltimore a tradition, but we will not stay at this hotel again. It says 4 1/2 stars, but don't be fooled. I don't like to say bad things, because the people were nice, but the room was not worth the money that we spent on it. Devamı

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the harbor. Very comfortable beds. Parking is a little expensive and the pool is very small, but overall it's excellent.

Great experience, great hotel staff. I have been traveling at least twice a month, the staff at this hotel is great can say enough.

Our rooms were spotless and the employees were attentive, helpful, and very pleasant. The hotel is in close walking distance to the inner harbor. Definitely recommend.

The sheets on the beds felt like stiff vinyl or plastic. They did not breath creating an uncomfortable warmth. Every time we moved it sounded like a plastic tarp was being folded. The hotel was otherwise fine, however, I would never stay there again due to the discomfort while trying to sleep.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were right at the inner harbor, and able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We watched the fireworks after the Oriole's game from our room, it was quite a show. We were able to buy tickets to the National Aquarium at the front desk, and it was quite […] a savings. We got the member rate, got tickets to the dolphin show for free, and were able to go in the Members' entrance, and skip any lines outside. WE'll definitely stay here again. Devamı
