Sheraton Arlington - Arlington

You are close to everything and in particular to Rangers Ballpark. We stayed 2 nights and had no issues with service, noise, cleanliness or anything else. The staff was friendly, including those in the shops. We will stay here again and again!

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and all their staff were exceptional people!

The stay for both me and my 7 year old son was great. The 5 minute walk to and from the baseball stadium was real convenient. The lobby staff members were great! One gentlemen actually helped me print boarding passes for the following day departure. Thanks young man. The only thing I found was the condition of the bathroom appeared a little worn. Left a personal item Maids did not turn it in. Stay the night in Dallas on the way to San Antonio. Left a personal item so we called and and had to leave a voice mail . There was no return call unil following Monday. Then we went the Hotel on the way home but I'm sorry to say the maids must have thrown out my 70 year old mothers $ 500 denture .

I'd been traveling for days and hadn't gotten any sleep. I knew, from previous experience, that I would be able to sleep in comfort here and was so excited to get to my room. Thishotel offers two levels of comforters, a partial relief from the suffocating warmth most hotels provide. However I vote for a light blanket or at least a top sheet as down is still to warm for sleeping.

Close to texas statium and the rangers statium

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff was not as gracious as I have encountered at other properties. The staff made the stay just okay, while the cleanliness, beds, etc. were all excellent. Just a little retraining would make a big impact, I think!

We booked this hotel for the week of our wedding at the Ballpark in Arlington and they not only met our expectations but extremely surpassed them. Upon arrival the front desk upgraded our rooms to club level for free and was very informative of the hotel services included thier free shuttle service with in a 3 mile radius. With the whole wedding party […] staying at the Sheraton, the shuttle service proved invaluable, whether it was bride and attendants on thier way to the nail salon or the full wedding party going out for dinner and drinks after the rehearsal, the shuttle drivers were phenomenal and even gave our party some vouchers for free appetizers at one of the local restuarants. The bellhops and valet attendants were super nice and always helpful, and the rooms were some of the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff at the Sheraton not only made our stay enjoyable but helped to alleviate the stresses that come with a wedding. Devamı

Close to many major attractions, the hotel staff was VERY helpful, the facility is very nice and clean, we had a GREAT stay!

We arrived after a 6 hour drive at midnight only to be treated rudely by the velet and the lady at the front desk. We got to our room and it wad so loud dur to people slamming doors and running up and down the halls that we couldn't sleep. The next morning we got up and checked out of the hotel and into a much better one down the street! I will never […] book at another Sheraton again!!!! Devamı

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is nice and in a nice location. The so- called free internet in the lobby ($12.95 in room) was down both visits and really was a problem for me. The staff, most of them, are just not friendly. One of the managers or supervisors Tasha especially! I will not be staying there again

Excellent hotel

My daughter has severe allergies and I expected a higher end hotel would be clean and free of most allergens. Much to my surprise, this hotel was not well kept. The hallways were not vacuumed and the room had a distinct smell to it, but not sure what exactly it was. The air return, supply vents and the fire sprinkler heads were covered with a HEAVY […] coating of dust. The bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and you heard the springs creaking every time you moved...we all tossed and turned all night. We were here for four nights and it just seemed to keep getting worse with every night we stayed. The internet wasn't working, they fixed it and as soon as I logged on, I got a virus. Spent 4 hours of my vacation on the phone with Microsoft getting rid of it (plus $100). The television was a terrible picture and I wiggled the cords but didn't work. They sent someone up to fix, but couldn't fix it. They offered to change my room, but with 4 people already unpacked it was just such a hassle we dealt with it. This was a very unpleasant stay and I will never go to this hotel again. Also, would not recommend for anyone with allergies or children. The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself was not worth the money paid. Also, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos, very cramped. Devamı

The hotel was clean and beautiful, and in a great location.. But the hotel service was awful. They had our rooms on the wrong floors.. Even though they promised to be together. They wouldn't let one of my employees check in, yet had just let another an hour or so before.. Then they wouldn't get on the phone with me to let me verify that they could check […] in under my name. All the employees agreed that due to service.. They never wanted me to book there again for us. I'VE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH THE HOTEL SERVICE AS I DID WITH THEM!! Devamı

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton...the staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean...

Hotel is extremely convenient, walking distance to baseball and football stadiums. Room was nice. Bathroom was extremely cramped. Bed and pillows were the highlight - never slept so well in a hotel.

They did not clean our room or replace our towels the first day and on our last morning (with the do not disturb sign up) house keeping was banging on our door at 7:45 am. Wifi is an added charge of almost $13 a DAY, no fridge or microwave. We won't stay there again.

Excellent choice - clean, lovely, and in walking distance of the Arlington Convention Center and Rangers Ballpark. Cowboys Stadium and Six Flags a short drive away.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Sheraton, and once again, have been amazingly pleased with our visit. We attend the NARBC show every year, and we've stayed at the Sheraton every single time. The entire hotel is gorgeous, staff is always super friendly, the rooms are always clean, and smell wonderful... Every time we leave we always say we […] cant wait to come back next year. I went on hotels.com to find a place to stay for an upcoming trip. As I do not do this often I was nervous about price and quality. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg but I didn't want to stay in the ghetto. The pictures and description posted on the website, although nice enough to get me hooked, didn't do the property and it's staff justice. […] This hotel and it's staff went above and beyond my expectations. Had a great stay. Nothing bad to write about at all. Price was right. Staff was courteous. Room was cleaned without personal items being disturbed. If you're asking me, I say you've found the right place.

My Family Holiday Stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the walk from the Cowboys stadium to our hotel. I would reccommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your vaction vistiting the Stadium and Six Flags.

The bathroom was disgusting. It had mold and rust in bathroom shower. I called the GM 3 times and sent him 2 emails and he would not call me back. I still have not spoke to him. The customer service is horrible and they dont care about thier guests. I will not be staying there anymore.

I had a pleasant stay around New Year's Eve. I asked for (relatively) isolated room to keep things quiet and they helped me out. The lounge where you could pick up snacks and drinks 24 hours a day was nice. The exercise room was fine. I did not try the restaurant. The down side was the bar closed and did not have a New Year's Eve celebration, which […] was a mild disappointment. Also, the area around Collins St. has slipped in the past five years. Just north on Collins, where there used to be a grocery store and a fulll strip mall, the area completely abandoned except for a Chipotle restaurant. Crime could be an area of concern in the future, but for now the neighborhood near the hotel is O.K. Overall a good stay, although it was during a slow time of the year. I can't speak for what the hotel is like for Rangers and Cowboys games. Devamı
