The hotel room was okay. We booked a King suite which had a nicely sized King sz bed, big enough for 3 adults to sleep comfortably plus an extra room. The sofa/chaise was a little dingy and so was the chair. Suprisingly enough, we had a refridgerator, oven and dishwasher, but no microwave and no coffee machine. The continental breakfast was pretty good, […] and you even get to make your own Belgium waffle! Overall, for the price we really got a great deal seeign that we were abridal party and needed the space to get ready for the wedding. Devamı

Great hotel and service. Hotel staff friendlyt and polite. The area had good restaurants and bars. For shopping they have 2 great malls. my husband and I were not disapointed.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday as a weekend getaway... It was great!!!! We were close to the city to enjoy the evening. The run was wonderful, we enjoyed everything about it!!! I would definitely stay again!

Just a head's up.....I didn't understand that the phrase "Residence Inn" literally means "residence" as in, people actually live there. We stayed on a Friday night and heard an extremely loud, long, profanity-filled argument between and brother & sister who "live" there, (as explained to us by the front desk clerk), which scared my 9-year-old child. […] Other people "living" there had complete control of the lobby, including their 2 very young children riding tricycles in the lobby. Conveniently located in white Plains, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

so it's not the Ritz, but the rooms are huge and the staff is friendly and it's about half the price. What it doesn't have is opulence, a decent restaurant or a cool spot in the lobby to hang out in. It's not quite as handy to the main drag, but let's face it, we are talking a difference of a block and a half. What it does have is: -pet friendly policy -free […] breakfast -free newspapers -free wireless internet in every room -free grocery shopping service -kitchenette with big fridge so you are not beholden to restaurants during your stay -and lots of other little extras that you won't get at the big box hotels So yes, I'd rather be pampered... but every time I'm in White Plains, I stay here. Overall, this hotel is fine. The rooms are nice and big, the staff are friendly (and not in your face) and it's close to pretty much everything in White Plains. There are lots of small things to be appreciative of - valet dry cleaning, free wireless internet, AC, a free grocery shopping service (!), newspapers, etc. Likewise, the only complaints I have […] are small things. Like only having one glass in the room or not having any dishwashing liquid (it seems a bit wasteful to have to run the dishwasher to clean 2 plates). The decor is a little tired (but clean). My biggest gripe was that my room reeked of smoke. It was disgusting. They tried to camouflage it with air freshener when I checked in, but 3 hours later it smelled like there had just been a party in my room. I left the AC on high the whole time I was there to try and keep the air moving and sprayed airfreshener several times a day. It didn't really work. But other than those few things, the place was fine and I will more than likely stay there again. Devamı

We were staying here for a final destination of NY City and found the hotel very nice and easy to navigate to NY City in less than an hour. The Chinese Rest. was a super bonus - will stay here again.

Hotel stay was great. really love the bed very fluffy.

Hotel could you a make-over.

The one bedroom king was a very spacious room and very comfortable. I did recommend the hotel to friends who booked a stay shortly thereafter and enjoyed their stay as well. If you have children and want comfort, it's a great place to stay.

Hotel room was very roomy. My husband and I and our two kids stayed in the king size bed suite with the pull out sofa. It was clean and very convenient. Loved the decor!!
