it was great.....just 1 thing didn't like.... the $12 parking fee, don't know why they were charging that, they have enough parking space . everything else was nice :)

Stayed here before. Everything well done from checkin to checkout . Right by 405 or local roads to go downtown. Great breakfast and service (paying).

Excellent Breakfast Service, definitely 4 stars. No small fridge or micro in room as promised. Parked across the street. Very safe. Overall, I will stay there again.

My husband had to be taken to the ER and the staff were very helpful and considerate.

Good spot before going to LAX but being along the expressway is noticable...all the time.

Everything was fine. if I was king: Bar would stay open later then 11 Work out room would have some weight machines. Parking policy would be clearer. I thought I had to pay $6 a night but last night because I got it stamped at front desk seemed to be free.

surprised at the $10.00 fee to park our car over night. Also left my pillow and was able to find out that it was found. The problem is getting back to them and arranging for it to be shipped back to me.

We recently stayed in this hotel on a combination business / pleasure trip to LA. We chose the location based on it being so central to the greater LA area. Very close access to freeways and major routes. There is a nice bar / restaurant inside, which was good because there aren't many restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store in walking distance. […] Do note that if cemeteries creep you out, many of the rooms overlook a huge cemetery right next door. But it's a cool cemetery - it's where a LOT of Hollywood stars are buried. Devamı

This is a nice hotel. Everything about my stay went smoothly. They charge for parking in their lot, but I was able to park across the st. for free (right in front of the CHP offices so I reckon it was safe!). The fitness center has good cardio equipment (life fitness), but only a few free weights and a bench. I found the decor a bit garish for my taste, […] but I think it's the Courtyard signature style. I wasn't too fond of the location. It seemed hidden from the main road. The room meet my standards of a Marriott hotel room. I cannot complain about the room. The customer service could use some improvement. We made the reservation about 6pm and knew we would arrive late about 10pm. When we arrived the valet played hide and seek with us. REALLY!! We […] seen someone when we first drove up to the door and the guy ducked in and out of view a few times. No one came out to take our vehicle and you just can't miss a 2011 F150. We drove to the self-parking and then I drove back again just to check. It was too late to be dragging luggage to the hotel from the lot. This time I went inside and requested valet service and it was the guy we saw ducking and dodging us earlier. Front desk clerk was brisk and to the point. No idle chit chat. Note: I did see a double charge on my credit card bill. Two days later I remembered to call and say something when I noticed it was removed. One more note: I think the continental breakfast buffet should be included with your stay. Hotel's such as LaQuinta and Hampton Inn provide these perks. Devamı

I wasn't really sure about the right place to stay in LA. I did some research on hotels.com to sort hotels by location in city, star rating and price. For the star category Courtyard was in, it had the highest customer rating. I read a few reviews and decided to book it (incidentally it was also lowest priced while being highly rated). And I found it […] to be true value for money. There was a comfortable bed, couch, large table, sufficient light from windows and lamps, LCD TV, free Wifi, Room service, valet parking and a good restaurant. They even serve complimentary Star bucks coffee from morning to night. The hotel is quite close to shopping areas and thorough ways. I think, it was a good stay overall. Quiet, clean, and central location where you feel safe. Overall a great value.

Nice and comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom was a bit small for four girls but it worked out fine.

This hotel is very clean and comfy. I usually go for hotels with the comfiest bed, powerful air conditioner, and clean bathrooms. The room was very clean and the bed soft with down comforters. There was a bit of construction going on along the main street in front of the hotel which made it a little backed up during the day to get there but for our […] one night stay it was okay. It is a nice location to stay close to Venice Beach, about a 15 minute drive and right along the bus line. RIGHT across the street from the very nice Westfield Mall in Culver City we walked to the food court for a quick meal which was very convenient. Also right next to the freeway. The only thing to say negative about this hotel is that the walls are very thin. If you are looking for a quiet, soothing stay, this is not the hotel for you. I heard lots of chatter and doors during the night as I am sure others heard from us. NO Worries from me about it but I know this could bother some hotel guests in the future. Also there is room service and a very nice lounge/ restaurant with limited hours which is always a plus during a long stay. We did not utilize this amenity or sadly the pool area with cabanas but good to know about. Devamı

Staff was very friendly, room & surrounding grounds were very clean. We were visiting relatives in Culver City and this hotel was very convenient to surroundings. We plan on staying at this hotel the next time we visit this area.

This was a very high quality hotel. The roads around it are under a revision which caused some pretty rough traffic (July 2011) but that should be temporary. The breakfast looked great - omlette station, meats, eggs, etc - but it was not cheap. If you can get it free, it is likely worth it. The staff at the hotel were VERY friendly and helpful! I recommended this hotel to an uncle who also came for a wedding! We will stay there again!

The full staff of the hotel went beyond being merely professional by being sincerely friendly. It doesn't take long for the staff to develop a warm familiarity with their guests making them feel welcomed. The restaurant staff was gracious, attentive and helpful. The front desk staff was fun, funny and especially warm. The rooms have wonderfully […] laid out amenities from the closet, TV, bathroom and desk I could easily see myself being comfortable here for an extended stay. I'm scheduled to return in a few weeks and I am so glad I will being seeing, what are now, familiary and friendly faces. Devamı

Very convenient to LAX and good freeway access. The hotel has terrible soundproofing and is right on the 405.

My overall stay at this hotel was very stressful. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice as well, but the service was not what it should be. I was booked the wrong room somewhere between booking over the phone and getting to the hotel. When I got there the rooms I had booked didn't even exist. I guess that wasn't the hotels fault, that was […] booking through the website. I went on with my weekend and was unharmed by the mistake. Late on Saturday night I had a noise complaint which was very valid, however the man that came to my room to address the issue was extremely rude. When he left I went down to the front desk to let them know how inappropriately he had behaved, and the supervisor continued over and over to tell me that I needed to speak with the manager in the morning. I didn't end up speaking to the manager because there was no time and I did not have any extra charges or anything on my bill, however I was very upset that night with the was the man had behaved. As I said before the hotel itself was fine, so as long as you are not loud and you get the right room you were booked, you should have a fine time! But it's definitely not a hotel for the "young crowd" that's for sure. Devamı

stayed here before. Everything was great as usual. Quick in and out. Easy to find and freeways are close by.

My third stay. Each one was a good experience. Nice to have free internet in rooms and to be able to print out in the lobby. Morning coffee offered in the lobby and workout facility are pluses for me. Freeway is close by. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

Clean, new furnishings, great location.

As I stated above, I was charged $10 per night for parking my car in the outdoor parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel because of that. There are comparable hotels that do not charge for parking.

This was an exceptional hotel. Huge room and really nice bathroom, spotlessly clean, service was great, bed was super comfy with tons of pillows, nice outdoor pool and hot tub, free internet, $10 self parking with unlimited in/out privileges, super convenient (right off the 405 and Sepulveda.) Towels were thirsty, though a little thin and I wasn't crazy […] about the breakfast - omlette bar was good but the other items were a bit tired. But for the money this was an EXCEPTIONAL value. We traveled to LA and arrived early. The staff were courteous and allowed us to check in early. Immaculately clean hotel - great experience.

Good 3 start hotel Staff very friendly, ready to resolve any problems, Big room and clean. Must have car . I knew what I booked and I had what expected

It was a very clean comfortable place to stay with a decent price. The service was really good as well.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Exceptional value .
