Room is large and clean and the hotel amenities are excellent. Music and convesation from the adjacent room was heard from the bathroom during our stay and was not very satisfactory.

Took a one-day break away from the house with my partner and it was a goos enough stay.

Friends had a standard double room which was very comfortable, we were upgraded to a corner suite which had fantastic views from two sides of the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brillant hotel.

I will stay at the Fairmont if I return to Singapore a third time. The service is excellent and the room is very comfortable. All rooms have a balcony. The shower is great. I didn't eat at any of the restaurants, they seemed a bit spendy, but the attached shopping center has a number of restaurant options. Very good. Within walking distance to many shops and to the waterfront as well as being situated opposite the famous Raffles Hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and service was good. Breakfast was expensive. Pool area excellent and a great place to relax. The hotel was very quiet. I would stay there again. The hotel is well located with courteous staff and suitable for family holiday. I will stay again any time I find myself in Singapore.

The service at the Fairmont was always prompt and polite. The hotel is in a fabulous position with 2 MRT train stations under the building. There are also plenty of food options in the hotel and in the mall which is right next to the Fairmont.

Great central location, beautiful hotel. Ask for Harbour view room on higher level - the view is fantastic!

A beautiful and well placed hotel with well furnished and comfortable rooms. But we had to request maid service the first day at 4PM, and the second day they didn't show up until requested at 5:45.

My wife and i spend two nights at the Fairmont. The hotel is very convenient located to the Raffle City and to the Shopping Centre Mall,with a lot of luxury shops and also many others less expensive. There is also a large number of coffee shops and supermarket.The rooms, the service and the cleanliness was superb.The Restaurant Prego is a bit expensive.Try […] to avoid it. I recommend this Hotel. Everything's awesome - location, interior, service, surrounding facilities (eg supermarket, food mall, souvenir shops).

Great location, very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The Fairmont is a lovely hotel, in an excellent location and would definitely recommend to others. Staff were always exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile, even doing our online flight check in for us. Gym facilities were great also. Only comment was with our particular room, the bath tap continually leaked. But that's a minor. Would come b […] ack. Devamı

This is a beautiful hotel, and we received an upgrade without having to ask. The view of Singapore from our 15th floor room was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful, check in was fast and easy, and arranging transport with lots of luggage to the airport very early the next morning was no problem. The room service dinner was exactly as ordered and on […] time, however was very expensive for just a simple dinner of burgers and fries. No restaurant in the hotel was open for dinner before 6:30 pm, which was difficult as we had to get up at 2:30 am to get to the airport, so wanted to eat earlier. Devamı

Within the hotel complex I was able to find a store to buy a SIM card, find an ATM site and eat at a hawker stand established in a food court attached to the hotel. I is a nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating..

This hotel has a good location. Doormen were very nice. But front desk people are very arrogant and unhelpful. They could not even print out an invoice for my record because I booked with hotel.com. This hotel is over rated.

Good hotel, very nice bed, pool nice, and is in a good location near to the MRT. Fairmont is an international chain hotel so if you want a hotel that is only local owned/distinctly singaporean bear this in mind. Cant give 5 out of 5 as the hotel internet is very expensive, as are the drinks, but i'l give it 4 and a half out of 5. I cannot comment on […] the food as we didn't eat there. We stayed for 5 nights at 2 different sites,the first 2 nights they gave us to stay at the building that wasn't refurbished and it's really awful for a 5 star hotel. Fortunately on the third night of our stay, they could upgrade us to the new room at the East Wing which has a big n excellent room with a beautiful view. It was our 10'th Anniversary trip, a short break that we had taken together out of the ordinary, Overall it was a good experience. Only thing lacking was an inclusive Internet access that I had to sort out by buying out a local SIM.

Had a staycation here and while i was pretty bummed I didn't get a city view as requested, I can't complain about much else. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists as it;s a great base for travelling around as the train station is just below!

Everything worked amazingly well, including the power drapes and lighting all controlled bedside. Views were fabulous. Meals are expensive in Singapore and more so at hotels but their buffet was extraordinary. Registration was smooth and Jovine was the best ever!! Shower was best I have had in any hotel. Water is potable, unlike much of the world.

From the check-in to the check-out, first class service. Staff were polite, courteous and the professionalism was a pleasure to behold. I have stayed in many otels and this was one of the best.

An expensive stay without many added bonuses. Beware of the photo advert as the tall building in the picture is actually the Stamford, which we were a little annoyed about! Not the most luxurious but luxurious enough. The only complaint is that breakfast is very expensive when it is not included in room price. Good sauna!

Loved the view of the Ocean room. I was in Singapore to see a friend so did not do much sightseeing. If you like your hotels in a Mall and want the convenience of a food court right down stairs, then this is the place. Great location next door to Raffles. Hop on/off tour bus stop across the road and direct access to Raffles City Shopping Centre. Very good spa for those who like to indulge!

You can't get a better location in Singapore - the Fairmont is directly above the City Hall MRT station (you don't need to go outside to access the subway) and a pretty impressive mall. You are directly across the street from the Chijmes shopping center and the Raffles hotel (birthplace of the Singapore Sling!), and a quick taxi ride or 15 minute walk […] to CBD or Clark Quay. The rooms are very comfortable and have a bedside central control system to manage the air temp, lighting, and privacy/do not disturb signage for the cleaning staff. My taxi ride from the airport only cost about 25 SGD. I don't have any complaints about my stay here, and would gladly choose to stay here again when visiting in the future. Devamı

First the good points. Fairmont Singapore offers spacious, clean rooms in a location that is within walking distance of main sights, shopping districts & malls. Direct access to both the Raffles City Mall (not great for shopping but OK for services and surprisingly good for local cuisine - lunch, breakfast etc.) and two MRT stations is very convenient. […] Also, air-conditioning was good and quiet. Though in our room ventilation didn't work in the bathroom, so taking showers was a bit steamy. Anyway, having read positive reviews online I kind of expected more. While the room and the lobby were fine, service was only so-and-so and there were absolutely no special touches or wow effect. Travelling with our 1 year old son, we were particularly disappointed with the pool area, which was shared with a neighboring Swissotel and no-one really seemed to look after it. There weren't enough lounge chairs, we had to wait and run as we saw people leave, there was trash and dirty dishes lying around and it was just very crammed overall. We only went on the first day as it was so unpleasant. Some other points to consider, make sure that breakfast is included in your rate if you want to eat at the hotel. Otherwise it costs 45 dollars per person. Otherwise too, services at the hotel are very expensive, even though quality is nothing special. But it is a clean hotel in a convenient location if that is all you're after and you get a good rate. I have previously stayed at the Shangri-La and Marina Mandarin in Singapore. Shangri-La was fabulous with great service and lush gardens but a little out of the way if you like to walk to places, and the Marina Mandarin was fine too with slightly smaller rooms and less fuss. Fairmont Singapore is located in the heart of the city and is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are well presented and very helpful answering all questions. Fairmont is located within walking distance to all sightseeing locations such as the Singapore Flyer and shopping complexes. In the Colonial Section of Singapore across the street from the historical Raffles Hotel, the Fairmont was a comfortable and quiet hotel after a 24-hour flight. We walked north and south to the ethnic neighborhoods and to the river. The adjacent Raffles Mall had many interesting eateries. Lots of in-room amenities.

Hotel is in great location near just about everything. Rooms are well appointed. Not as big as advertised but spacious enough. Hotel kept very clean, but showing alittle sign of age. Still a great property.
