In the galleria so there is tons of shopping, food and entertainment at your fingertips

The room was perfect and my two daughters loved shopping in the Galleria. Only one challenge...they had me in a king room for three people, and that was stated in the reservation. The brought a rollaway in and it was solved...but you may want to always call ahead to verify this information.

I was surprised that there was NO hot tub.

Everything was great... Except for the check in. Check in is at 3pm room was not ready until 4pm. Not a big problem for me because we could just go shopping. Had I dropped my bags off and been ready to head to the room, it would have been inconvienent! Our American Girl package was also not delivered until 10:30 at night after reminding them we had […] ordered that package! A little disappointing for the Birthday Girl! The hotel room was not set up well. We had a reservation for three and room was only set up for one person. Very annoying to have to call the desk for all our needs. Front desk was not apologetic at all.

My girlfriends and I have chosen the Westin Galleria for our annual gathering for several years now. It is ideal because it is within just a few mins drive of the arena where our featured event takes place. Yet, it is removed enough to be an escape of its own. We can shop, eat, relax, and visit to our heart's content in the utmost comfort and security. […] We look forward not just to our time together each year, but to being pampered at the Westin. this is a very nice place to stay, stayed for about a week the service was top notch. If you like shopping it is in the heart of a shopping center with some big name outlets.

Excellent location, extra large rooms, very convenient to everything and great that it has the mall right down stairs. Try to stay here almost every visit.

Staff was not friendly and I was seriously disappointed with the room.

Booked a room for mother's day weekend. When we arrive check-in was super fast and easy. We loved the room, it was clean and had a wonderful view. The hotel is also pet friendly and didn't charge a fee. We arrived on a Saturday during mall hours and parking was a nightmare, but it was easy to find convenient parking when the mall was closed and early […] Sunday morning; but you could always pay for valet and that would be more convenient. We loved that it was attached to the mall and you really didn't need to leave the area for shopping or eating. Will definitely be back, but for longer next time! Devamı

I stay in about 42 hotels every year. I know what is good and what isn't. This is one of the best. The people are exceptional. The room was great. The location is walking distance to the best restaurants in Dallas as well as the best seafood is in the hotel. Don't miss this one.

the only reason I would recommend this hotel is that it is very convenient for a trip to the American Girl Store, and is connected to the galleria. However, the service level was poor. No rooms were ready for our check in at 3:15 pm, and only after strongly suggesting they find something because we were Starwood Preferred Guests did they comply. When […] I asked for a printout to document that my room rate would be the same as I reserved online, they told me they couldnt give me anything. A fuse blew in the bathroom in the morning just as we were departing, leaving us with no electricity to finish getting ready - using only a blow dryer for 5 minutes. Not one staff person at pool (on a 75 degree sunny afternoon) for service of any kind. Pool area was in disarray, several cabanas not set up with any cushions. When we discussed our issues at checkout they made no effort to compensate us in any way - even points. The personnel seemed in no way motivated. Devamı

I was expecting two queens and got a king. There were myself and three girls and I had to sleep on a roll a way and they had to sleep three to a bed. I requested twice a blanket and extra towels and never received them that evening. I talked to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do because I had booked thru a 3rd party. They finally […] sent the extra towels the next morning after I went down to the fron t desk and talked to someone. I expected much better service then this and feel it was overpriced for what I recieved. Devamı

I recently stayed at the Westin and it was very nice. my room had a great view of downtown. The staff was very friendly. I left a bunch of papers from my purse (including my checkbook and important papers) in the room 2 hours after I checked out. The housekeeping had already cleaned my room but they went through the trouble of finding every thing in […] the trash for me. I will always stay here. Great place and staff. Front desk clerk was really extremely nice and informative offering suggestions and directions to restaurants and bars. Check in was a breeze, and I was offered to sign up for Starwood Preferred Guest program. I was even offered a room upgrade. I had a fabulous view of Dallas, enjoyed free breakfasts every morning and free cocktails in the afternoons. […] Location of the hotel was convenient and I loved that the hotel was connected to the shopping mall! this was our second time to choose the Westin Galleria. Loved it so much the first time, we wanted to stay there a second time. Second time was just as wondeful as the first.. The bedding is my favorite part! Very comfortable!!!

Great location with the Galleria Mall adjacent to the hotel. The food in the Oceanaire was excellent.

Nice hotel, especially for convenience factor for shopping. Good gym and ok size rooms...bed not as dreamy and comfortable as I remember (are they getting old? Or am I?). Surprised that only one large towel was alloted per day...seemed pretty stingy for a luxury hotel, though. Many hotels in area offer courtesy van....that would have been nice here […] as well. I stayed there because of the location - I had a meeting in the Galleria mall so it was extremely convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I ate at the restaurants at the mall, from which there are plenty to choose from. The Westin is also pretty close to the airport.

All was excellent except for the electricity in the room as the breakers would turn off and there was no light in the bathroom. We had to go to the gym locker room to use the blow dryer.

Would stay again....

This hotel was located perfectly for our stay. We went to Dallas to visit the American Girl store and we could not have been closer! The hotel was very comfortable, had great food and the employees were top notch. I would definitely stay here again, I was very pleased.

This hotel, located at the Galleria, is a fantastic location. There is so much to do between hotel amenities such as the pool and spa, and the mall, that everyone in your party will be satisfied. We found our room to be very spacious. The few downsides we had were 1) you have to pay $25 for overnight parking, which I found to be excessive, 2) for as […] high quality that the Westin appears, the bedding is really quite low quality - very low thread count sheets....not very heavenly, and 3) I had to ask twice for someone to replenish the towels at the pool. Other than that, we had a great stay. We would definitely go back. Devamı

We loved the hotel! Great convenient location. You can shop at the Galleria without ever leaving the hotel. Everything was beautiful.
