The hotel is awesome, unfortunately the staff not so much. I gave the girl my card for incidentals upon check in. It was the only time it had been used in 5 months. The next day I started racking up chargess on it in Burnaby, British Columbia. About $587 before we got it stopped. Really? At the Westin??? DON'T STAY THERE!!!

My fiance and I went to Denver for one and it was the best night ever it was so romantic. We would certainly go back again.

I love this hotel and we had a great stay. The location of this hotel is perfect...so much to do that's walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Overnight parking is reasonable with a valet ticket from the front desk, and the work out facilities are above average. They have transformed a raquetball court into a basketball […] court and my 3 girls loved that since they are all basketball nuts. The only downside was that the hot tub was out of order, which my girls were looking forward to soaking in. I would definitely stay here again! Devamı

Good location and the room was clean. Hotel itself seemed old and tired. Concierge was helpful. Registration staff were helpful.

This was a great Hotel, There were only two things that could of been better. We have a large truck and it didn't fit in there parking garage so we had to park at another hotel 2 Denver blocks away from our hotel. An the other thing was the pool, it was a little cold for kids. Other then that it was great. Starbucks in the LowerLobby, they has a stroller […] I could use. Great place if you have down town events to be at. Devamı

We were very pleased by our recent stay at the Westin in downtown Denver. We live in the area but I treated my husband to a stay there in conjunction with a performance we saw at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Hot tub=cold. Trying to give me a $200 smoking charge and I don't even smoke. All staff is stuck up and think they are better then you. Most Westins are really nice, not this one. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Very nice hotel but hot tub jacuzzi is not more than lukewarm and is outside pool area very cold making pool unuseable. Very disappointed in this ss we were looking forward to using it

They really made us feel welcome.

Great location. So close to restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Easy check in and out with very friendly staff.

Area was great, service was way below standard for a Westin. We have stayed in many westins across the US and Puerto Vallarta. Our service in the V Lounge - terrrible, bartender was not friendly at all. Service was unacceptable, will not recommend it to anyone. Downtown Denver is beautiful and there are many nice places to stay where we believe the […] service would be much better especially for the amount of money we spent. Not good at all!!! On business, but had higher expectations of the Westin brand. Hotel needs a major renovation - my hotel room was very beat up and scuffed. The rooms themselves were fine, and the bath lighting was very flattering. The lobby could hav been much better. There was no intimacy or easy congregating or even logic to the space. And there are two lobbies on […] two floors - the auto lobby with a Starbucks (which frankly, was where everyone congregates), or the upper lobby, which is pretty bad. I really enjoyed staying at the Westin, very clean, bright, convenient to the 16th street walking mall. Good food, nice service. Would recommend!

Didn't like having the window washing ropes hanging outside our room the whole time, no window washing was going on. We were supposed to receive robes, but did not.

Great location in downtown Denver. The room wasn't quite what we were expecting for the price though. The service when we checked in could have been a little more friendly.

Great hotel if you want to be in the downtown mix. We loved the location for what we wanted to do. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and service was good. If I could change one thing it would be that they offer free breakfast. It is a pricey hotel, they could at least include a free continental...but overall a good stay. We would do it again.

The Westin Downtown Denver is a modern styled hotel that is right next to the 16th street mall and LoDo. You can't get any closer to staying downtown than this hotel. We went to a Rockies game and only walked 10 minutes to the staduim, and went to the bars on the way back. However there was not enough staff to handle the amount of people checking in, […] and the wireless internet is not complimentary; you will pay a fee to use the net. We loved the pool area which is overlooking the town area. Nice beds and very clean room! A great hotel to stay in for a nice getaway!

This was a very nice hotel, however for the next 4 months they are fixing the weather stripping of the all the windows. It was a loud drilling type noise. I was told it is from 9:30-5pm. It started at 9:20am for us. There was nothing on their website or hotels.com website about this problem. When I checked in, there was a letter on the counter of check […] in, but they said nothing about it and by the time you read it, it's too late. When you're spending a lot of money for the night (for an anniversary) we checked in at 3pm it was 2 hours of constant noise. Then, the next morning from 9:20-12:00pm until check out. We were disappointed. I feel the Westin should have compensated us or not charged as much during this time of maintenence. Devamı

I love the location of this hotel, the size of the rooms and the confort and clean look of the rooms. The starbucks downstairs is a plus. Everyone was (and always is ) very pleasant and helpful. Always enjoy my stay here, this trip however ( and a very very minor point) I felt as if the room clean up wasnt as careful as usual.

Excellent check-in and housekeeping response to our additional needs. Very accommodating staff and great location.

I specifically ordered a room with a mountain view. Needless to say, that didn't happen, and it took almost an hour to get into a room with the view I PAID FOR. In addition, we called the front desk and were informed that parking overnight was reduced for hotel guests (and told this when we got a validation ticket from the desk). The next day when we […] left the garage we were charged both for for the previous evening and for the overnight stay, even though we stayed at the hotel and had a validated parking ticket. Great stay. Very central to 16th Street mall and the Coors field. Nice pool. Only complaint would be the elevators were extremely slow and it took forever to get up and down to pool and room, etc.

The bedding was great the mattress was horrible. Very hard and not comfortable at all!! The hotel needs to place a pillow top mattress or at least a pillow top mattress pad.

Nothing to complain about, very nice. Easy access to Coors Field, nice workout facility, comfortable room. Is what I would expect from the Westin.

The rooms were amazing. The staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Parking was a bit pricey... But still worth it.

The Westin Denver Downtown is in a great location - close to the Light Rail and many shops and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and upscale. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

We came to town for a romantic getaway, and spent two nights at the Westin. It was mostly lovely, except when repairmen were peering in the window. We received a notice that work was being done, but didn't realize our privacy would be invaded on the 5th floor. Staff aren't overly friendly, and seem like they hate their jobs. This hotel has the best location of all the downtown Denver hotels, you can walk to Larimer Square and the 16th Ave pedestrian street. Two best things about the room were the full length mirror, rare find in most hotels, and the big screen HDTV. Also, you could actually open the windows a little which is great for those who like fresh cool air when […] sleeping. We stayed here for one night because of a concert. We were shorted 2 bathrobes and a wine glass. Called down to the desk and 5 min. later we had it. The staff were wonder. We really injoyed our stay there!!

We live in state, but stayed at the Westin for the Rockies Opening Day Weekend. The Westin was really close to everything fun downtown, their pool and gym were top notch, and the people (ok, man) watching at the Starbucks in the lobby was AMAZING! Apparently there are lots of professional sports teams that stay there. Great time. Staff was really friendly […] and we got early check in (10am) and late check out (2pm) with no hassles at all! Right in the heart of downtown, 1/2 block from the 16th street mall. Easy walking to Coors Field, 1/2 mile. Super clean, very upscale, comfortable, fast and friendly valet service. Highly Recommended.
