The air conditioner in the room was loud and combined with the street noise it was almost impossible to sleep. The view from the 20th floor was fabulous but overshadowed by the noise. The railing on the balcony was very loose and made being on the balcony a bit scary. The bed very comfortable and overall the hotel itself was nice. The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel was exactly what I wanted and location fitted my needs. However they lost my car for over an hour before they were able to get it to me and was continuously telling me it was on its way. We pulled up to the hotel in a cab with at least three bags of luggage and not one person from the hotel came outside to give us a hand. I was supposed to have adjoining rooms as I had three of my daughters with me. When we signed in, we were told there were no adjoining rooms and would have to take rooms side by side. We love to stay here when shopping....you can take your purchases back to your room and head out to buy more or go back to your room to relax or go swimming when you are done for the day.
