Every bit as worthy of a stay at a Westin. The service was excellent, from check-in until checkout. The front desk service went beyond what I would have exected of them. I would definitely be back, if the rate were favorable.

The hotel was great, clean & comfortable. The only thing we were hoping for that wasn't available was a hot tub in the pool area, but the sauna was ok.

The staff are excellent. Hot water was being repaired and tnhe time before there was no heat in our room..we hope all is running well from now on..it won't change our minds.. It is our favourite hotel in Calgary..

WestIn was great. Jane at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room for no charge. The only issue we had with our stay is that there was a stain on the comforter. We just put it on the side and everything was fine. Would I return, more likely.

The features of this hotel are great and the service is best in class. Internet was free. Parking was additional.Location is right downtown close to shopping, river, movie theaters, bars and restaurants.

Great staff, love that it has starbucks and the keg! Only complaint is they advertise a hot tub which they no longer have :(

Very good stay, as expected for a top flight hotel. Parking was 1/4 of the room price - can be found around the area on weekends for much less. The downtown is a bit quiet on weekends, but interesting night life can be found.

Enjoyed my stay here. Superb location for downtown business and sterling service. Rooms very comfortable and (most importantly) clean.

Decent hotel. But very expensive. Would have expected more for the cost. I can stay in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal at much nicer properties for substantially less expense.

The staff and clean lines of the hotel make for a pleasant stay... Young doorman from Portugal was especially nice..

I was shocked when I was told not to pay for the parking at the machine and when I wanted to check out there was $49 charges for the parking. The parking on the street was absolutely free on weekends.

It was a girl weekend and the hotel, the amenities within and surrounding were perfect for everyone no matter what they desired. Everyone could shop or dine at their own leisure and meet for cocktails later right at the hotel. We taxi'd not to far to some other places we wanted to see at little cost and the restaurants, shopping etc. was all either […] right in the hotel or very closeby if you wanted to try something different. It's a good hotel in Commack. Near freeway, and has a good restaurant right next door. Hotel serves free breakfasts with eggs/sausage/waffles that sort. A coffee/tea station in the lounge area provides free beverages all day/evening. Room has coffee maker and microwave, but no silverware or plates. If you want to eat in the room, bring your own, hotel […] can provide microwave-safe styrofoam plates on request, but I will not use them for safety reason. Posters displayed in the building state that the duvets are cleaned for every new guest, very clean, unlike some places that have bed covers that look like they have never been cleaned. Bed and pillows very clean, comfort level - good, can be better. Free wifi in room. Also has shuttle bus that will take you to nearby "local" airport and Gurwin Nursing Home for free, on request. So we did not have to rent a car during our stay. We visited a relative at the nursing home everyday, and the shuttle service made the visits very convenient and economical, we did tip the driver, but it's not necessary if you don't want to. From the hotel, we paid $80 for a car service to Kennedy Airport. There is not much choice of hotels in Commack, and this one is recommended. Devamı

Very nice renovated room. I had a King room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was small...fine for me but some may not be happy. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with directions and other details

The hotel was very clean, quiet and inviting. The concierge was very helpful handling any questions we had during our stay. The room was spacious despite two large double beds. There is only free Wifi in the lobby otherwise it is an extra surcharge in the room. We had a few problems to start our experience with our door key not working multiple times and having to change rooms but the staff was more then helpful with our problems. It was unfortunate to wake the following morning by construction starting at 0700 but that was out of the hotels hands I guess. Great location and decent pool/fitness centre. However, the room was small, especially the bathroom, and they charge for internet. Parking is quite limited and the stalls are a bit tight.

The Westin is okay, but I have stayed at better hotels in Calgary. I guess we were in the older building, but the room was not very big, and the washroom was quite small. The fact that they only had double beds was also disappointing, and our tub did not drain very well. also the ice machine wasn't working on our floor. Furthermore we were given a noise […] complaint in a rude manner, when it was New Years Eve and virtually everyone was being loud. The front desk staff were really nice, however our phone wasn't working so it was hard to order room service and answer calls. I probably wouldn't stay at the Westin again, most likely the Delta or Hyatt downtown. Devamı

We were in the hotel New Years Eve There were a lot of young hockey players staying in the hotel which upped the noise level in the common areas. The lobbey area was very busy with security staff and intoxicated younger people.
